Neo Red Ribbon army

During these few 3 years, Turles was successfully able to take over the red ribbon army which was devoid of a leader with the help of Dr Gero.

As a reward for Dr Gero who plays a crucial role in the takeover of the Red ribbon amry a new red ribbon base headquarters was created near Dr Gero's lab in the northern city.

The new red ribbon on the base was located in the middle of North City. (Author's note: Black Turtle or the warrior of the north from four Guardians.)

Which sole purpose was to assist Dr Gero in his experiments.

As Turles didn't need anything like a powerful military to control the whole organization the research funds for Dr Gero and the other scientists were increased along with the inventment funds for business under the Red Ribbon army control.

Allowing the red ribbon army to accumulate annual income comparable to 1/200 of the income that the capsule corporation earns every year.

This doesn't sound like much but was a lot since the capsule technology was used all over the world and is the most profitable business in the world compared to a private military organization.

Turles was in a room alone with four other people.

A training room to be precise.

Built by Dr Gero and the red ribbon scientists specifically for increasing his power level.

It was a room where the atmosphere was dense specifically to meet Turle's request.

The room was also filled with equipment that are created for training superhumans.

For example, weights can go up to 10 tons. Running machines that can reach up to Mach 900,000 and much more equipment that can help train one's body.

Turles was accompanied by Silver, Violet, White and a recruit of the red ribbon army named Pink.

Pink was a fairly build young woman with a slim body who have curly pink hair just like her name suggests.

She was a fun-loving girl who specialized in stealing and piloting planes.

The most notable part about her apart from her unusual pink hair is her love for bathing.

"5,000. Even after three years I still have a long way to go to reach Vegeta." Turles said as he checks his power level using the red scouter that he was wearing.

He trained like Crazy but the earth's atmosphere and gravity were not fit to train a low-class Saiyan's body.

He then looked at the four red ribbon army members that are using his training equipment.

Violet has a power level of 450.

White has a power level of 520.

Pink has a power level of 800.

And Silver has a power level of 1,000.

He decided to allow them to use his training equipment because he was expecting them to grow into powerful warriors.

Although they are using equipment that even Turles has not fully adjusted for three years their power levels are still not enough to reach Raditz.

Of course, the four of them can individually be considered the strongest humans on earth at the current point in time but it was still not enough for Turles, who wanted every single one of the four to be warriors that can rival Krillin, Tienshinhen, Chaiotzu and Yamcha in the future.
