Finals, Tien

I took Tao's place in the finals, other than me they didn't change at all. Yajirobe actually disappeared I assume to go die on a toilet after what I poisoned him with. With him gone it meant no more senzu bean shortage. I couldn't just use him like I would Tao due to his habit of eating anything. So Death was really the only option, he would likely keep his body in the afterlife.

Hero aka Kami seemed to stare at me, eventually he walked over. "What you did was wrong you know."

"Which part?"

"Hmmm, look I won't stop your plan, nor do I care who you kill. I found Yajirobe in the bathroom, I can understand your reasoning for doing so. Just don't do it again..."

"He really died on the toilet?"

"Yes, and I prefer not to be an accomplice. However for the sake of the future...I made sure it was cleaned up. I believe that you will be able to do good. I once made the mistake of thinking I could get rid of my demons. Do not do the same."

"That's dark, and really nihilistic."

"For the sake of earth, I deem it a worth while sacrifice. Much like how I planned to sacrifice my own life. Except I have a feeling you interfered in that as well."

Kami was beginning to understand my reasoning, and despite him ridding himself of his evils. He still made himself into a more uncaring being. He saw me killing one life fine, as long as I contribute to Earth and protect it with all my power. A blind hope as I saw it, similar to the hope placed into Goku originally.

"I have to go."

I walked toward Tien, "Are you ready?"

"I am, maybe I can wipe the smirk off your face while I am at it."

"You can try."

I got into the stage, Tien stood across from me. The announcer begun, "#We begin the first fight. Tien Shinhan vs Z2!# Is your name really Z2?"

"Its actually just Z, but its complicated so I'm currently Z2. I'm also over there in the stands."

I waved with my main body as the announcer looked over. "Huh so you are... Anyway #Who will win this quarter! Who will move on to the next round! Place your bets now everybody, The previous World Champion or The new comer named Z2!#"

"Start Whenever Tien..."

Tien had stayed silent, he waited for my attack. However I wouldn't move until he did. So we began with a stare down. His first actual move was a knee straight for my head. Tien wasn't messing around, I blasted him with a simple ki attack and moved away. Sending a few more small attacks his way.

He went about deflecting them, "Are you only going to attack at ranged?"

I smiled, "I don't know proper martial arts, so don't mind my more unrefined style."

At Tien's next step I flashed forward. I created a ki blast aimed at the ground creating a smokescreen of debris. I sent a kick toward Tien's stomach, but he had far better reflexes then Tao did. He had a counter attack already planned, with a near miss to my own stomach. I created a forcefield that Tien ended up punching.

"GAHH! What is that?"

I made a box around Tien and begun a forceful move toward the out of bounds. Tien was smart and begun pushing back. He had to break my forcefield though before he ran out of ki. After all I had an infinite supply he did not.

"#It seems as if Z2 is creating some kind of box made of forcefields to push Tien out of the ring!#"

"This is an impressive technique, I however do not care!"

With his words he released a wave of ki cracking my forcefield. It wasn't broken, but Tien now had a chance to get out. I looked down at my bracelet checking his ki levels. He still had a lot for his current powerlevel.

"Solar FLARE!"

"AH SON OF A BITCH!"

I had forgot Tien's solar flare. I could hear my forcefield break apart and Tien begun charging a new attack. However I heard the name he said, "Multi-form Technique!"

I could not fight more than 1 Tien. So I charged in while blind, slamming into Tien. Sending him back. "Damn That hurts."

"Yeah, you deserve it though, I won't let you preform the multi-form technique. I can't fight more than 1 of you even if you get weaker with each duplicate."

"Heh, well then, I guess I should...SOLAR FLARE!"

"AH SON OF A BITCH MY EYES AGAIN!"

"#I hoped you packed your sunglasses folks, because that's the second time Tien Shinhan has used the blinding Solar Flare Technique. As I understand it uses light to blind his opponent and everyone in the vicinity.#"

I created a forcefield in front of me, I thought Tien would rush me. However as I opened my eyes, he wasn't in the arena. Realizing the problem I blasted into the sky just in time.

"TRI-BEAM ATTACK!"

I bolted out of the way as the beam blasted down. It took a second, but the smoke cleared and the arena was still intact. "So you avoided it, and you can fly too. I can say that could've been expected. It does however confirm, you know all my techniques. It is truly impressive Z, however I must say SOLAR FLARE!"

"FUCK IS THAT THE ONLY ATTACK YOU KNOW!"

"Its the only one that seems to catch you off guard!" I could hear his voice get closer, so I made a forcefield in front of me to stop his charge. Except his attack came from behind and a plummeted to the ground. I stopped my fall, focusing my energy while Tien was still in the air. I begun my series of blasts, each one missed Tien. However it seemed he caught on quickly.

He turned to see the large array of ki orbs. I smiled, " SOLAR ARRAY!" Each of the orbs Homed into Tien blasting him to the ground. As he fell, I kicked him out of bounds.

"#A surprising lose by Tien Shinhan, it seems after Z2's Solar Array attack he was drained of energy unable to block the kick out of bounds.#"

Tien looked toward me, "After you interrupted my Multi-form technique I was essentially drained of power. Do you know all of our techniques?"

"I do. You can warn the others, it will mean they will focus less on charging attacks. Never liked attacks that needed a charge time."

"Heh, you also seem to enjoy the Solar flare."

"i hate that attack and I hate you for inventing it. My retinas hurt now."

With that Tien got up slowly seemingly drained of all his ki, I helped him to the waiting area where he could watch the others fight. I would just wait until the next fight, I was happy though. Tien was fun, though his attacks, other than the solar flare, required charge time. Interrupting them meant lose of a ton of ki, I could tell Tien how to by pass this limitation. Allowing for my training the Z fighters to go more smoothly.
