Using Omni-Energy Manipulation.

Merely looking at the creature was sending shivers down their spines.the creature was different from what any of them had ever seen before. To make matters worse, it was super fast for it size.

The guards wanting to prove their superiority rushed forward. Two of the guards had both of their hands on the ground, attempting to sink the creature deep into the ground as they had previously done to the spawns.

After sinking all six of its legs about fourthy inches into the ground, the elephant-like beast let out a strong cry, sending out sound waves, creating vibrations and ruptures in the air as it spread out [Fuuuuuussssssssshhhhhh].

when it came in contact with the vampires, they all fell to their knees, including Elena. The elephant-like beast was obviously no ordinary beast,it was a beast with a sound manipulating ability.

Their ears were hurting due to the high frequency sound waves the beast was projecting outward, and the fact that they all had sensitive ears only made matters worse.

The beast kept on bombarding them with various sounds that rendered them immobile. Blood was pouring out of their ears at this point. in a swift motion, the beast trunk became elongated as it sucked in both of the vampire guards that had used their abilities to trap its legs.

Seeing two of their team members disappear into the massive trunk of the beast made each and every one of them desperate to leave this vicinity, but their bodies had a mind of their own. Even though they wanted to escape, they could do nothing. in the spirit of survival, elena resulted in asking dracula for help.

"Dracula, Dracula, I need you." She said desperately, but all she got was absolute silence. The usual grumpy voice of dracula wasn't there. "Drac, Dracula, can you hear me?" elena called out once again in her mind, but once more, she was ignored by dracula. "s.h.i.t." she cursed inwardly, of all the time in the world for Dracula to ignore her. Why did it have to be now?

Elena was regretting her choice of choosing to fight with the sword of flame if only she was holding the claymore then....then it hit her, she could as well borrow the "Claymore's" active skills.

calling out to the system, she began sending out series of commands.

"Claymore's skills activated." Upon successfully borrowing and activating the claymore skills, she began absorbing the beast ability. After some seconds, she was able to move her body a bit, but not like the way she could before she had met the beast.

The moment she regained control of her body,she quickly opened up her storage ring, bringing out the claymore and a blood flask. She emptied the flask content in one gulp in a desperate attempt to quickly recover from whatever damage the sound attacks had done to her internally.

taking a quick look around her, she could see that the others were still on the ground,obviously in pains as blood kept pouring out from their ears. even though she was now unaffected due to Claymore's special skills, she knew it was a matter of time before she would lose all her teammates to the beast if she did nothing.

Blaze has been activated.

[Fuusssshhhh].

the moment she activated this skill, she began rushing forward towards the beast. First, she sent out a vampiric claw attack. When it came in contact with the beast, it did absolutely nothing to it. Not even a scratch mark was left on its body. seeing this, elena realised the reason why the system had simply asked her to survive.

if she wanted to save her teammates, she needed to find a way to stop the creature from sending out more sound waves, elena thought. she ran forward again as she slashed horizontally at one of the beasts' giant legs. To her surprise, the claymore was unable to penetrate the skin of the beast.

her eyes widened in shock. maybe if they all attacked together, they could stand a chance to injure it slightly. To do that, she needed to get them all out of danger.

Elena rushed forward again. at what she felt was the right time, She lept upwards with the intention of cutting into the large elongated trunk with her sword, but to her dismay the elephant-like beast had finally freed itself from the sand its legs were trapped in. raising two of his front legs upwards, the sheer force sent elena flying backwards with her head crashing into several tree branches before her body came to a stop.

"weakling." Dracula cursed. "Are you just dumb or you can't use your head for once?" he asked angrily. "Hnm, do you think this is the right time for an argument?" she snapped back as she finally managed to pick herself up from the ground.

she activated her Blaze skill once again. As she ran forward, she could see the beast using its trunk to pick up someone from the group, elena was busy arguing with Dracula to make out the features of the vampire the beast had picked,making it three vampires to have lost their lives already.

"Your ability, use it. it's the only chance you got if you want to make it out of here alive." dracula said with a worried tone, one that elena hasn't heard since their short time together.

thinking about using her powers, the system notification sounded in her head.

Omni-Energy Manipulation activated!.

Sound energy detected. Does the host wish to manipulate this energy? Elena murmured yes to herself, and the system automatically selected the yes option.

Elena's eyes began emitting a pinkish glow. Her hands were covered with the same glow as she began manipulating the sound energy around the vicinity, redirecting them toward the beast.

for the first time, the beast focused all its attention on elena seeing her as the only threat present in the battlefield. Zareth and the rest still had blood running down from their ears even though they were no longer being assaulted by the high-frequency sound waves.

In an attempt to stop Elena's attacks the beast let out an even louder cry than it did earlier, seeing this elena raised both of her hands upward, using the sound energy around her to create a protective shield for her team members at the same time manipulating the incoming attacks by redirecting it back to the beast.

seeing this, the beast decided to go into battle mode with elena. It began making its way towards her. no longer relying on its ability as it could tell elena could control whatever attack it created and just channel it back to hurt the creature.

[Boom Boom Boom]

A resounding sound echoed throughout the vicinity as the entire ground quaked each time the beast took a step forward. Elena reached into her storage ring once more, pulling out the sidhe staff in her possession. She sent out an energy blast from the staff in an attempt to destroy the beast, but the blast did absolutely nothing to the beast. Now what? Elena thought, so far, the only thing that had worked was to use the creatures energy against it with the help of her ability.
