Douluo Dalu: The Ascension of the God of Eternity

"Let me see if I understand?"

"You basically blew up the entire planet by accident, which resulted in me dying and billions of people dying. with a few wishes, and in exchange for that we're not allowed to say a single word about our dying."

"I mean, you're basically bribing us."

"Hey wait a minute, I'm not bribing you I'm compensating you, it's completely different."

Two figures were talking in a blank space.

The first figure was a 21-year-old male. He had short black hair and black eyes, in terms of beauty he would look like 11/10, basically just his looks would make women fall at his feet.

The other figure was a small fist-sized ball of blue fire. This fireball had a voice that makes it difficult to distinguish its gender.

"Probably the reason for your bribe is that you don't want trouble with your superiors, otherwise there would be no reason for a being as powerful as you to care about 7 billion mortals." the man spoke.

"Okay you got me. And like you said, if my superiors find out that I've destroyed an entire race... I don't even want to imagine what my superiors will do if they find out what happened." the fireball spoke in a horrified tone.

"Look, wouldn't it be simpler for you to just destroy all the souls on my planet and erase all the evidence instead of making all this bribery effort?" the man asked.

"It's not as simple as it sounds. If it were a thousand or two thousand people who died then it's not hard to hide the evidence erasing their souls from existence, however 7 billion people died and if those souls disappeared from the reincarnation cycle my superiors would surely notice this absence of souls and they would start investigating until they found out what I did. That's why I'm here negotiating with you."

"I understand your situation. So what? What's this reincarnation and wishing thing going to be like?" the man spoke.

"Hey aren't you too calm for someone who just died? Aren't you going to be mad with anger or depressed about dying?" the blue fireball spoke.

The man was silent for a few seconds and then he let out a sigh.

"The reason I don't care so much about the fact that I died is because I didn't like the shitty life I lived." the man spoke.

"Is it okay if I see your memories? I don't think you want to waste time talking about your life." the fireball spoke.

"I do not care." the man spoke.

The blue fireball then began to see the man's memories and what his life was like.

After seeing his memories the fireball sighed.

"You really had a rough life. No wonder you weren't frustrated that you died." the blue fireball spoke.

"To say that I'm not frustrated that I died would be a lie. After all, for me there is only one regret that I died now." the man spoke.

"And what is this regret?" the fireball asked.

"It's the fact that I won't know what the end of One Piece looks like." the man spoke.

"Really, it makes perfect sense. But now let's get to the serious part." the ball faith fire spoke.

"As I said earlier you will be reincarnated in a different world with all your memories intact. But the world you reincarnate in will be random." the fireball spoke.

"Will it be random?" the man asked.

"I'm sorry, I know you had expectations of choosing the world you would reincarnate in, but if you could choose which world to reincarnate then a lot of people would choose popular worlds like Marvel, DC, danmachi, boku no hero academy , Black Clover, Naruto and even One Piece. If many people were reincarnated in a single world it would surely cause me to be discovered, that's why the world for each person will be random." the fireball explained.

"Alright I understand the explanation. I just hope I don't get sent to a troubled world like Evangelion, Shingeki no Kyojin, Re:zero, Beserker or Honkai Impact, those worlds are too horrible to live in." the man said.

"Really, anyone who knows the plot of these worlds will want to keep their distance. But now let's talk about your wishes." the fireball spoke.

"You will be entitled to three wishes. However wishes such as traveling through the multiverse or wishes that could result in the end of all life in the world in which you will be reborn are prohibited. So what are your wishes?" the fireball spoke.

The man thought for a few minutes until he decided to speak.

"My first wish is the Nasuverse's third magic, Heaven's Feel." the man spoke.

"I see, with that wish you would gain immortality and an inexhaustible amount of magical energy. It's okay for you to have Heaven's Feel but I have one condition." the fireball spoke.

"And which one is it?" the man asked.

"The third spell is connected to the Nasuverse Throne of Heroes, and the Throne of Heroes is under the jurisdiction and surveillance of the Nasuverse Counterforce, if you tried to summon a minion through the Third Spell the Counterforce would notice its existence and then begin an investigation. This is something I want to avoid so let's do it like this, you'll get the third spell but you won't have access to the heroes' throne, do you accept it like that?" the fireball asked.

"I understand that this restriction is necessary and I will not ask you to change it." the man spoke.

"Now what's your second wish?" the fireball asked.

"My second is pretty simple. I want all Nasuverse magecraft knowledge. Be this knowledge from the age of the gods to the modern age. And I also want it to be the magecraft of all Nasuverse franchises as I rate Fate series versions , tsukihime, mahou tsuki no yoru and the various other projects that are part of Nasuverse." the man spoke.

"There's no problem with that wish, I'll prepare a mental library for you containing all the content about magecraft. After all if you get all this knowledge at once, your brain will most likely explode." the fireball spoke.

"Thank you so much. Now for my third wish..." the man spoke.

"I want the same powers as Kurumi Tokisaki from the anime Date a Live. Ah but don't add the astral dress, I don't want to become like the Ayumu Aikawa of Kore wa Zombie Desu ka?" the man spoke.

"Okay, it will be as you asked. But I'm really surprised at how smart you were to put these three wishes together."

The first wish was Heaven's Feel which guarantees immortality and infinite magical energy.

The second wish was knowledge about magecraft.

And the third wish is Kurumi Tokisaki's powers that can manipulate time at the cost of using the user's own time as fuel.

"I must say I'm surprised by this combination of wishes. Among all the others who made wishes yours are by far the smartest." the fireball spoke.

"Now that you have told me your wishes I will explain to you how your reincarnation will be. You will be born as a baby and when you reach 5 years of age you will regain all your memories as well as your wishes, and one more thing. This will be friendly advice, don't use Heaven's Feel on your own soul until you're 18, after all you don't want to be a kid for all eternity, do you?" the fireball spoke.

"Thank you so much for the Council, I won't forget your words." the man thanked him.

"Well now that everything is resolved I will start the reincarnation process. I hope you can live happily in your new life." the fireball spoke.

"Thank you and I hope you make it out of this mess without being discovered." the man spoke.

In a small rural village not far from Nuoding town.

"Feng Lie, you woke up early today. Good morning to you and congratulations on turning 5 today." an elderly man greeted a 5-year-old boy who was leaving a house.

"Good morning to you Grandpa Long and thank you so much for reminding me that today is my birthday." the boy named Feng Lie spoke.

"I don't know what awaits me in the future, but I will make the most of my new life." Feng Lie thought as he remembers everything that happened in he past life and her encounter with the blue fireball.
