Chapter 19: Evil Eyes White Tiger

The city of Soto, an important commercial hub in the Kingdom of Barak, welcomed three unique visitors today. Anyone who saw these three young teenagers couldn't help but admire them,they truly looked like promising young talents.

Xiao Wu had already blossomed into a stunning beauty. Her long black braid hung down to her calf, and her slender waist was enough to make any woman envious.

Beside her, Tang San, while not as striking in appearance, had a certain charm that made him seem approachable. His gentle demeanour was reminiscent of a polished jade, a person who radiated warmth and kindness.

But the most eye-catching of the three was Qi Ling.

His aggressive handsomeness was captivating, making girls blush at first glance, and by the second glance, they would be utterly smitten.

With his jet-black hair and deep black eyes, standing tall and confident, Qi Ling seemed like the embodiment of perfection, without a single flaw.

"This is Soto City? It's really bustling with people isn't it! Haha!" Qi Ling exclaimed, looking at the lively city streets with great interest.

"And the best part is, there are so many beautiful girls.

What do you think, little San?"

Tang San covered his face in embarrassment.

"Brother, let's find a place to rest first,we can eat something, and then we won't be in such a rush."

After a simple lunch, the three of them started looking for a place to stay.

Soon enough, Xiao Wu was drawn to a uniquely designed hotel.

"Wow! Third Brother, Brother Qi, this hotel is so beautiful! Can we stay here?" Xiao Wu's eyes sparkled with excitement.

The hotel was a three-storey building.

Though small, it was exquisitely designed, as if wrapped in a giant rose.

The structure was truly unique and elegant.

Yes, Big Brother, I think we should stay here," Tang San agreed.

Qi Ling, looking at his two innocent companions, began to sweat nervously.

One was extremely naïve, and the other completely uninterested in anything besides hidden weapons.

Before Qi Ling could stop them, Xiao Wu had already bounced inside, leaving Tang San and Qi Ling no choice but to follow her.

"Boss, give us the three best rooms! The very best!" Xiao Wu exclaimed as soon as she reached the counter.

The waiter looked up and his eyes immediately lit up.

Even though she was still young, Xiao Wu was already an exceptional beauty, and she naturally caught the attention of others.

"Oh, dear guest, are you alone, or..." The waiter trailed off as he noticed Qi Ling and Tang San entering behind Xiao Wu.

Looking between Xiao Wu and the two young men, the waiter's expression became one of shock and bewilderment.

Qi Ling saw the look on the waiter's face and immediately understood the misunderstanding.

He slapped his forehead helplessly.

'It's understandable that he would misunderstand, given the circumstances,' he thought.

"Don't worry about that. Just do your job and open three rooms for us!" Qi Ling said, stepping forward.

"Ah! Oh, yes, of course..." The waiter quickly started searching for available rooms, clearly intimidated by Qi Ling's authoritative presence.

"I'm so sorry, dear guests," the waiter said after a moment. "For some reason, we only have one room left, I hope that's alright."

"Only one room? How are we supposed to manage that?" Qi Ling raised an eyebrow.

"It's fine, Brother Qi! We're small and don't take up much space.

The three of us can share it!" Xiao Wu said, clearly determined to stay in this hotel.

"How could we do that, Xiao Wu? We're not kids anymore. We need to be mindful of these things," Qi Ling replied.

"It's not a big deal for Xiao San and me, but you're a girl, and we need to respect your privacy."

"What does it matter? You're my brothers!" Xiao Wu insisted confidently.

"But..." Qi Ling tried to protest.

"Oh, Brother Qi, I really want to stay here!" Xiao Wu pleaded, clinging to Qi Ling's arm and pouting.

"Alright, alright.

We'll stay here,If worse comes to worst, Xiao San and I can sleep on the floor," Qi Ling relented, unable to resist Xiao Wu's charms.

"Yay! That's great!" Xiao Wu cheered, knowing that her eldest brother, despite being a bit of a straight-laced man, had a soft spot for girls.

Just as Xiao Wu was about to take the room key from the waiter, a voice called out from the door.

"I believe that room should be mine, right?"

The three turned around to see a tall boy with two beautiful twins in his arms, walking through the door.

Judging by his age, he was only a few years older than Qi Ling.

His handsome face and blond hair were enough to make any girl swoon.

But the most striking feature about him was his unique eyes twin pupils, full of a strange and captivating charm.

The boy walked past the group and approached the counter.

"You must be new here," he said to the waiter.

"Don't you know there's always a room reserved for me here?"

As he spoke, the boy reached for the room key, but before he could take it, Qi Ling's hand intercepted it.

Qi Ling grabbed the key and said, "Hey, friend, we got here first, didn't we?"

"Hmph, so what? In this city of Soto, no one dares to challenge me, Dai Mubai, the Evil-Eyed White Tiger!" The boy glared at Qi Ling.

"Haha, well, you're in luck! The thing I love most is challenging those who think they're unbeatable!" Qi Ling replied with a smirk, easily pulling the key out of Dai Mubai's hand.

Dai Mubai was stunned.

He hadn't taken Qi Ling seriously at first, but having the key snatched out of his hand with such ease meant he had just lost in a contest of strength.

For someone younger than him to possess such power was unthinkable, and it sparked his competitive spirit.

"Alright then, let's settle this the traditional way," Dai Mubai said.

"We'll fight,If you win, the room is yours,but if you lose, you'll leave immediately!"

Just then, a familiar sound rang in Qi Ling's mind:

But defeating him would not only increase Dai Mubai's favourability but also guarantee a pass into Shrek Academy.

'Is this guy a masochist or something?' Qi Ling thought.

But none of that mattered. Qi Ling was itching to teach this arrogant boy a lesson. He couldn't let someone be more cocky than him.
