Ning Rongrong instinctively asked again, "Then why didn't you just mention that Lan Si loves to eat rabbit meat?"

As soon as the words left her mouth, she regretted it immediately, realizing that Zhu Zhuqing's expression had already turned icy.

Zhu Zhuqing said coldly, "Lan Si has never asked me anything about Shrek Academy. I won't betray him for a mere soul fight. If you want to say it, I won't stop you; it's your choice. I've consumed a lot of soul power during our previous dual soul fight, so I'm going to recover now. You can do as you wish."

After speaking, Zhu Zhuqing turned and walked back to the corner of the box, sitting down and entering a meditative state.

Member: Soft-Bone Demon Rabbit, Martial Soul: Gentle Bone Rabbit, Level 31 Close-Range Attack System Soul Master. Soul Rings: Two Yellow, One Purple.

Member: Evil Fire Phoenix, Martial Soul: Evil Fire Phoenix, Level 28 Attack System Soul Master. Soul Rings: Two Yellow.

Member: Hell Cat Spirit, Martial Soul: Hell Cat Spirit, Level 28 Agility System Soul Master. Soul Rings: Two Yellow.

"Four Soul Sects and three Great Soul Masters, and they still have Iron Soul Badges. Teacher, does this count as a formidable opponent?" Vice-Captain Dugu Yan spread the documents out, looking confused.

Qin Ming replied calmly, "Don't underestimate this team. A month ago, they indeed had Iron Soul Badges, but through this month of battles, they've accumulated enough points to reach Silver Soul level, including an impressive record of twenty-seven consecutive victories. You remember the Frenzied Battle Team you fought recently, right? They were defeated by these guys."

Yu Tianheng stared at the documents in surprise and asked, "But their soul power is so much lower than the Frenzied Battle Team's. How could they win?"

Upon hearing this, the others also shifted their focus to the soul power of Shrek Seven Monsters. Upon closer inspection, it was indeed quite low, prompting them to begin mocking their tactics.

Qin Ming felt a headache coming on from the incessant questioning and turned his gaze to Lan Si, who had been relaxing on the sofa with his eyes closed. With a wry smile, he asked, "Lan Si, what do you think?"

To be honest, Qin Ming found it hard to read this student. It seemed nothing could shake him—not just his strength, but his mentality. No matter how powerful the opponent, he always remained calm.

Lan Si slowly opened his eyes and smiled lightly. "Teacher Qin Ming, isn't this great? The most important thing in a battle is morale. Tianheng and Yan Yan have confidence, which isn't a bad thing. Besides, there are a few old acquaintances of mine in Shrek; I plan to join in and make it lively. Even if Tianheng and the others lose, as long as I'm there, the Emperor Team will still achieve victory."

From the beginning, Lan Si had no intention of completely disrupting the original plot. Having spent a few years in his previous world's family, he could concoct some poisons but couldn't create an antidote for the vast toxins within Dugu Bo. Even if he could, he didn't like entrusting lives to strangers.

Upon hearing Lan Si's words, Qin Ming was momentarily stunned, instinctively thinking he had misheard, his expression filled with disbelief!

The rest of the Emperor Team erupted in protest. "Lan Si, if you say that, we won't be happy! What do you mean if we lose, you'll be there? Do we look like people who would lose?"

"Then let's forget what I said. If you win, I'll cover the expenses anywhere you choose in the Heaven Dou Empire," Lan Si shrugged.

"Little brother Lan Si, you said it! Once we get back to Heaven Dou City, sister is going to treat you to a meal you'll never forget. And I won't let you pay for us; you'll take us to the Heaven Dou Auction House and let each of us pick something we like," Dugu Yan said, her bright green eyes blinking mischievously.

"Hiss!" Hearing this, the rest of the Emperor Team gasped, "Wow, Yan Zi, that's too harsh! The cheapest items at the Heaven Dou Auction House cost over ten thousand gold soul coins!"

"Can't be helped; our little brother Lan Si has been looking down on us! Plus, he's made a fortune lately, and I've been looking for a chance to treat him," Dugu Yan shrugged.

Lan Si smiled and gave an unexpected response. "Sure. I'll just stand in the back with Lingling. As long as you can win, anything I can afford at the Heaven Dou Auction House is yours to choose."

"Ha ha, then it's settled! Teacher Qin Ming, you have to bear witness for us," Oscar and the others chimed in.

Beside them, Ye Lingling showed a puzzled expression, casting Lan Si a resentful glance. To her, it seemed Shrek Academy had no chance of winning; wasn't Lan Si just giving away money?

It's important to note that items at the Heaven Dou Auction House aren't cheap; even if you have money, you can't just spend it recklessly.

Lan Si gently stroked Ye Lingling's sky-blue hair and offered a reassuring smile. "It's okay; as long as everyone is happy. Besides, we'll be participating in the Continental Advanced Soul Master Elite Competition in the future. It's best if I lose; if I win, it'll just be a not-so-small lesson for those prideful fellows, reminding them not to underestimate other soul masters."
