Improving the town

After getting a few blueprints for things like defenses and reconstruction plans for the center building to make a town hall, I make my way to the center building. On my way I look around and see houses of dark red wood and concrete. The houses themselves resemble a middle ages design but a lot more sturdier and more room for improvement. The first thing I need to prioritize is getting the mine and forge up and running. Not only will this give the Resgold refugees a job but it will help in the creation of other facilities. In terms of defense I have a blueprint to build a wall that completely surrounds the small town that is been built. It will be circular with two entrances , the north and the south. I make my way into the central building amd meet with Mr. Kindley, Tanya and Reggie.

" Alright everyone, I just finished creating new plans for our future projects. The first being the new mines and a forge that is to be constructed." I hand them the blueprints." Mr. Kindley, You are to lead the construction of these facilities and recruit any miners and workers for the project. Reggie, you are to set up a road with your men by chopping down the trees and to provide protection to the workers. I'll be joining you for this as well."

" And what do I do?"Tanya asks.

I hand her a schematic." you are to gather workers to focus on building a foundation for the new wall we are going to build around the town. We can't actually start building the wall itself without the iron from the mines though."

She looks at the blueprints and is in shock by the sheer size of the build." Wouldn't this take years to construct?"

" Not with my tech, it'll take a year at most but no less than a few months. But it has to be to my specifications or els the future defenses wont fit." I plan on adding turrets to the defenses in the future.

" If there's nothing else then lets get a move on." I say as everyone gets to work.

Darius POV

It has been a few weeks since I retreated from the Barren lands, During this week I have been mobilizing the remaining 15,000 soldiers that were left behind in Resgold. My ring hasn't returned to my hand during this time either wich only means that the DEMON somehow defeated the Angel. I have sent a request for More Ring bearing Cardinals from the Pope to help eliminating this DEMON. No doubt it was summoned by that witch. It'll be another two months before reinforcements arrive anyway so the best I can do is have my men clear a safer passage through the mountains.
