Girl form my closet

There are a lot of horror stories about our college dormitory being it was determined to be the most haunted dormitory on campus. Those stories never really bothered me unlike my other roommates. My roommates never really wanted to stay or sleep alone in our room but some events that happened during the course of my stay really changed my perspective.

I have to give a quick back story to this for you to understand why I'm terrified. The dormitory is quite old. It has witnessed a lot of students come and go. The stories I heard was equally terrifying. Some stories include suicides and an accidental death that allegedly occurred within those walls. I was told that a student tried to play a prank on her roommate, she texted her roommate to lock her closet and her roommate did so but left for the mid year break not knowing her roommate was inside. Few students stayed in the dormitories during the break so the girl's body was left there for 2 months. The closet was opened to reveal the now rotting corpse. This story will make sense later on. I don't know if this story was true there's a lot of holes in the story. Tbh I cant find anything to confirm or deny if this really happened but I found this story that if a person believed it to be real it can manifest a whole new kind of being attached to the story. It can become real.

First, If I was left alone in our room or late night trips to the shared bathroom you will never really feel alone. Partly because I always knew I can sense a presence but I never get to see them, thankfully. I usually just say hello or any polite greetings when I enter the room, just to be respectful. When I started to acknowledge the presence of the unknown being things started to change. The second time I had to sleep alone because all my roommates went home for the weekend I experienced something strange. I was just falling asleep when I felt two distinct knock from under my bed, it jolted me awake. I was sleepy so I really didn't bother to check but that's when I heard it again. Now I'm scared and felt like blood had drained from my body. I really didn't want to check because frankly that's where horror movies start, so I just brushed it off because sleep is valuable for a college student.

The second experience I had was when I was packing for a mid year break. My roommates had already left so it was just me. I had a phone and a tablet with me back then. I left the tablet inside the closet while I was packing. I texted my friend to pick me up after I packed everything that's when I heard the tablet's google assistant go "sorry I can not understand what you are saying" something along the lines of that and then said "can you repeat that" thats when I bolted. I waited for my friend outside the dormitory to come help me pack not mentioning what had happened earlier.
