Tsuun-Tsundere

The school day ended as usual, with classes and activities coming to a close. Students started to leave the classrooms and make their way home or club room.

I walked into the club room and noticed Natsuki sitting on the floor near the closet, engrossed in reading a manga. Curiosity piqued, I approached her and peered over her shoulder to see at what she was reading.

"Hm? I know this manga... It's about the main character reincarnated in a novel," I said, smirking at Natsuki. "Should I spoil you the next volume?"

Natsuki was startled, quickly closing the manga in her hands. "Uwah! I didn't see you there!"

"Well, you were engrossed in your manga," I replied, chuckling at her reaction.

"Yeah, and did you say spoiler? I swear if you spoil the next volume, I'll kill you."

"Pfft~ Ahahaha! Don't worry, I'm not that type of person."

I turned to the classroom, noticing that Monika and the others were still not here. I placed my bag on the chair and then turned to Natsuki.

"Mind if I sit here?"

"Hm? Ahhh... Sure," she replied, slightly hesitating. Then she looked at me and asked, "Do you... want to read it?"

"Read what? The manga?"

She nodded.

"Sure, I don't mind re-reading it," I said with a smile.

I sat down on the floor beside her. Natsuki opened the manga again to where she left off as we start reading it together.

I glanced at Natsuki and noticed her small face and a faint aroma of bread. I couldn't help but tease her a little.

"Natsuki, did you happen to have garlic bread for lunch today?" I asked, smirking playfully.

Her eyes widened, and she shot me an accusing glare. "What? How did you know? Are you some kind of creepy person who sniffs others?"

"No, no, nothing like that! It was just a lucky guess based on the scent. No need to jump to conclusions."

Natsuki crossed her arms, still looking a bit defensive. "Well, it's none of your business anyway."

"Well, it is... I don't want you to smell like garlic bread." I stood up from the floor, walked to my bag, and opened it.

I grabbed the chocolate-filled bread that I brought from the canteen and my bottle of water then turned to Natsuki and offered them to her.

"Here, eat this."

"What? Shut up! I don't need it!"

"Come on, just eat it."

"I don't wanna!" She puffed and covered her face with the manga.

"You don't want anyone complaining about your garlic bread breath, do you?"

She stayed silent for a moment, then put the manga down and reluctantly took the bread and water.

"See, you know you won't get a boyfriend if you're not honest with yourself," I smirked.

"Huh? B-Boyfriend!? Just so you know, I'm not interested!"

"Hmmm~ Really?"

"Yeah! So shut it!" She unwrapped the plastic from the bread and took bites.

"Are you certain?"

"Why are you bringing up this topic anyway!"

"Well, I'm actually interested in someone."

"Heh? I bet it's Monika." She opened the lid on the water bottle and started drinking.

"What are you talking about... It's you."

She then spits out the water she was drinking, accidentally spraying it on me.

"Pfft~ Ahahahaha!"

"What the f*ck! Are you serious?!" Natsuki immediately stood up from the ground and glared at me.

"Hmmm~ I wonder." Smirking, I quickly stepped back and turned around, starting to run.

"Hey! Come back here! You'll pay for what you did!" Natsuki started chasing me around the classroom, using the chairs and desks as obstacles while circling the room.

"Catch me if you can~" I smirked as I ran around.

"Aaarrgh! I hate you!"

And so we continued running around the classroom until everyone came back. Of course, I didn't forget to take a screenshot to capture the moment as a memory.
