Over the next few weeks, I learned a lot more about how they were operating. Terrell had a background in the military. He was a soldier. When the purge happened, Terrell became the Initiative's eyes and ears of what was going on within the Monarchy. He still had a small network of others like him throughout the Queen's army. They were those who didn't really support her cause. However, they chose to remain in the army and delayed her plans if t meant killing innocents. Most of the time, these "moles" were found and executed.
