Chapter 2: The Original's Memories [EDITED]

Ayuna examine his body and noticed that aside from small scratches and dirty body, he was pretty much fine. 

He started walking around while looking at the corpses on the ground. Some were lying in a pool of blood with kunais and shurikens piercing their body. Some were burnt to crisps while some were lying down with severed limbs or head. 

"So much blood. Yuck!" Ayuna made a gagging expression before kicking a severed arm that blocks his path. 

He was trying to find a hidden place where he can rest and receive this body's memory. The old man from before give him instructions how to receive the memory of this body. 

After 15 minutes of searching, he finally saw a hidden cave. He enters it and looks around. The cave was quite deep and you could only see darkness if you walk a few more steps. Some pieces of rock was placed here and there but aside from that, there's nothing inside. 

He decided to sit behind a large rock to avoid being seen. He leans his body make his body rest. He then started the transferring of memories. 

He did not have a headache that he expected he would have. It's like he was watching a movie but it was etched in your head immediately even if you only watch it once. 

This body was still named Ayuna Rotasu, a newly graduated genin from Konoha. He just graduated 3 months ago but he was already forced into war because of the lack of manpower. He was good student in the academy but he was pretty average when it comes to the school's curriculum like Ninjutsu, Genjutsu and Theory. He excels in Taijutsu, though. 

Ayuna comes from a small civilian family of three and have a good relationship to his family. Sadly, because of the war, his parents died while fighting ninjas from other villages. 

Although Ayuna was not that talented when it comes to Jutsus, at least he have something up his sleeves that keep him alive until today. He have a super strong reflex and sixth sense. His body would instantly move subconsciously if he was in danger because of his reflex while his sixth sense would warn him when something that can threaten his life comes near him. This two abilities of him compliments each other well and kept him alive. 

However, his abilities failed to keep him alive this time. He was tasked to protect the supplies along with other ninjas and deliver it to the front lines. Sadly, on their way, they encountered an ambush consisting 12 Jounins and 30 Chunin from Kirigakure. Although he have good abilities, he was nothing but a mere Genin so he was killed by the enemy Jounin. 

Ayuna opened his eyes before sighing. That's all of the memories this body contains. Although he did not see the defeat of Konoha Ninjas in his memories, he was sure that all of them were killed because he recognized some from the corpse from before. 

"Aiyah! So troublesome." Ayuna said before walking out of the cave. He started traveling back to Konoha while making sure that no one see him. He did not want to fight immediately as he has yet to get accustomed to his new body. Although his old and new body are identical, this new body of his was more agile and athletic than his old one. 

While jumping on trees in a moderate phase, Ayuna was assimilating all of the knowledge this body has that's related to ninja. For example, he was assimilating the 3 basic jutsus from the academy so he could use it more fluidly, shuriken techniques, and more. Although all of this knowledge was already etched in his brain, memorizing is still different from analyzing. 

Slowly, his moderate phase turn into a fast phased travelling. All the newbie like actions he have vanished and it turns into a veteran like.

Night soon arrived and Ayuna was already travelling for 7 hours. Of course he did not run for 7 hours straight, he still make occasional stops to recover his stamina before continuing. 

Ayuna jumped down the tree and started looking around if someone was nearby. Seeing and sensing none, he sits in a quiet hidden spot and started resting. 

"This is the longest exercise I ever had. And I think there will be more." Ayuna whispers. He grabs some ration pills in his pocket before eating it. It taste like shit but Ayuna endure it because he did not have any choice. 

Done having his 'delicious' dinner, Ayuna leans on the rock in his back before closing his eyes. He looks like sleeping but actually awake and was just resting his body. 

He then calls out his cheat: 'System.' 

[Ding!] A mechanical ding sounded in Ayuna's mind. 

'Bring out the list of your abilities.' Ayuna commands. 

A pale blue screen appears in Ayuna's mind where a pack of words were listed. 

[System's Abilities: 

Scan - On the command of the host, scan anything and obtain their data. It also have the ability to copy jutsus, knowledge, and others. 

Store - The System possess infinite amount of storage where the host can store the knowledge and information the host scanned.

Paste - Transfer the knowledge the host wanted to his brain directly.

Research - On the host's command, the System can research anything as long as it was given the knowledge required and the topic to research.] 

Ayuna read it silently before commanding the System to remove it. Now that he have the information about the abilities of his System, he started thinking how to use it to become a God in this world. 

'First of all, what path should I take?' Ayuna ask himself. 'I certainly don't want to defect and became a rogue ninja because that's too troublesome. I also don't want to become a ninja that always kills. How about become a Medic Nin?' Ayuna ask himself again but this time, he seems to be leaning to the last choice. 

'Yeah. Let's do that. Although I will still see blood there, at least it will not be that gory and disgusting. Plus, I have knowledge in human anatomy.' Ayuna thought. 

Done thinking about the path he would take, he started planning for his future actions. 

'It was currently Second Ninja War and Medical Ninjutsu was already fully established because of Tsunade. They were yet to be titled as the Sannins so it's still quite long before the war ends. What I have to do is become a student of Tsunade and fully obtain her trust so that way, I can get her signature jutsu, Strength Of A Hundred Seals.' Ayuna started thinking quickly and planning things. 

'Then, using Tsunade, I will try to get close with the other future Sannins, Jiraiya and Orochimaru. I needed the method of Senjutsu and the knowledge of Fuinjutsu from Jiraiya and the researching ability of Orochimaru. After that, I will start getting stronger quietly. Then, when the plot finally started, I will stand by the shadows and watch the story unfolds while doing my research.' Finished drawing the skeleton of his plans in his mind, Ayuna stopped in the mean time. 

Although he rested time to time on his travel, his body was still sore from strain. Dead tired, Ayuna started sleeping while his perception still active.
