Chapter 32 Training

Oliver stood where he was without moving, looking at his shadow form with expectation, he was wondering what it would his shadow form will do, Oliver was happy he knew he was not experienced when it comes to close combat fights since he just became a magical cultivator, he was always in close door because of his sickness and had not had the chance to fight anyone.

The opponent that Oliver had ever faced was the black havoc wolf, which to him the death of the black havoc wolf was all caused by luck and nothing more, he felt if it was more intelligent than that then the black Havoc wolf would still be alive and he would have been the dead one.

Because no one would play with their enemies before they kill them when they saw that during the process of playing with the enemies, they were coming up with ways to inflict injury on them or see any form of threat in the enemy they would immediately go all out to end the battle quickly, that is what human will do and if they were wounded before they started fighting an enemy, mostly when the injury is hidden from the enemy they would like to kill the enemy before they discover the situation of their opponent.

Unlike the black havoc wolf that was injured but from the start of the battle was fighting Oliver playfully because it knew that Oliver was weak and it felt Oliver won't be able to put up a fight, humans in battle don't underestimate their opponent because they know that anything can happen and the weakling might come out victorious.

Oliver knew that was some experience he could boast about because the black havoc wolf was not as calculative as he was in the ten thousand battle tournament he would be facing human people with crazy ideas than himself and the majority of the people had experience more than him and they are also stronger than him. So if he could get some actual close combat instructions in the shadow space from his shadow form then it would boast his success rate to a higher height.

Oliver stood firm and he started walking toward his shadow form like he was ready to fight with him but he saw his shadow form raise his hand up, shook his head, and instructed Oliver to stop running towards him but to stand still and watch him closely.

Oliver was dumbfounded but he stop his movement and stood still looking at his shadow form with a questioning gaze.

"If we are in a battle arena then why are we not fighting, why is he telling me to stand and wait, are there rules attached to battling here," Oliver said lightly to his shadow form he felt since he was in the battle arena why not fight what is the point of wait and what is he waiting for.

His shadow form pointed two fingers at Oliver and after that, he pointed the two fingers at his eyes telling Oliver to watch him closely.

"Oh… Now I get it there is something you want to show me". Oliver nodded his head twice telling his shadow form that he understood what he was saying.

Oliver saw his shadow form start moving after he told his shadow form that he understood, since the appearance of the shadow form he had moved from the position it was from the start all he did was to direct Oliver to understand him with his hands.

As the shadow form moved, it move to the right and was about to move to the left but stop mid-way and move back to the right.

"What! Oliver could not help but cry out in shock all he was seeing was still strange for he that just became a magical cultivator not longer so he had every reason it allows his emotion to take control of him.

It was like the first time a person stood on the roof of a sky crapper and glanced at the ground will be filled with shock, either fear or excitement. Like Oliver who was shouting out of joy, he felt he was the luckiest person in the world and did not recall he had a bad luck curse at that moment.

"The Battle step enhancement movement technique"

"That's why it was shadow space battle arena and after that, I was asked if I am ready for training".

"That means I will have to go through training before I will be asked to fight, interesting" Oliver watched his shadow form and could not help but proclaim he now understand a little about the process of the shadow space that it was meant to train him before it gets to the testing stage.

"Good, good, good so it means when I was trying to comprehend the battle step enhancement movement technique and I was feeling discomfort and pain it was not the black seed trying to stop me from growing or comprehending the technique, the black seed was trying to send me to the shadow space to help with the process of training"

"I just hope training here will be better and faster than training in the outside world". Oliver was able to understand the movement from the black seed and he knew it was not all bad as he thought and he was wishing for things to be better so his advancement will be smooth and quick.

After his shadow form did the movement and saw that Oliver was lost in thought trying to figure some things out he waited for Oliver, till he saw that Oliver was done with the bright smile he saw on Oliver's face he knew that Oliver had a little clue about what was going on he called at Oliver lightly to follow his moves.

Oliver looked at his shadow self and nodded his head he roar with laughter and it was full of belief in every word that came out of his mouth. "Shadow space I am ready for training".
