Clara had decided to head to the Distorted Skies of Yonder and Alternating Time Flow Valley. The Heaven Mandate Temple and the Heaven Gazing Sect jointly occupied those grounds, and not many people would be allowed inside these two zones as it was treated as a treasured training grounds for Space Laws and Time Laws.
Even if they were allowed, they wouldn't be allowed for more than a few days or months unless they were disciples of these powers, the exception being people who committed themselves to become Mystic Diviners as they were required to comprehend Space, Time, and Karma Laws.
That's why Tina's martial uncle, who lusted after her, was able to enjoy a lot of time in these zones. However, since Clara was a top disciple, she would be able to have free entry for as much time as she wanted.
