Davis traversed the skies, his robes fluttering yet not creating any waves in the air, as any form of waveform was extinguished while he was in a concealed state. To catch him using one's sight would take immense focus on his location and the perception of a Late Stage Empyrean, something that most of them here lacked.
He breezed by the walls of the ruined Obsidian Citadel and flew past the Vacuous Beasts that were trying to wreak havoc.
It was still a capital, so it had a city-wide Empyrean Grade Defensive Barrier put up, which blocked the advance of the Vacuous Beasts. Besides, the Realm Masters and many Grand Elders were here to subjugate the Vacuous Beasts.
The problem was the wretched stench and the toxic blood they left behind. It could make a lot of people sick and kill them.
However, Davis was indifferent to their plight.
