It was midnight. Everyone are sleeping already. Yet here I am trying my best to hold my voice.

"You had fun last night." Velvet closed her book and look at my face which instantly turned red after realizing she is awake.

"Seriously Eris. You are always easy go lucky and cheerful when outside yet you are totally submissive in bed at night." Velvet grins at me.

"Stop rubbing it in. Geez..." I replied to velvet as I stand and start changing my pajamas into a pair of fitted shirt and shorts which I normally wear with a jacket when heading out for adventure.

"That said I am not against it. Just try to lower your voice more or else Elly might find out." Velvet told me before heading out the room.

"Roger that..." I can only reply in a low voice before she leaves.

I cover some ointment on the bite marks in my neck and collar before heading out to the dinner lobby for breakfast or maybe lunch as well. There I saw Elly and Emy eating together. Emy saw me and instantly smiled as she calls me.

"Morning Eris. Enjoyed your sleep?" Emy then grins at me.

"Oh Eris. Good morning to you. Come join us and eat." Elly invites me before drinking her soup.

"Sure. Let me get something first." I head to the counter while avoiding Emy's grin and ask for today's lunch. It seems they are serving fried cutlets with cabbage salad. Paired with soup from the bones of the meat used. Apparently there is an animal here that looks like pig but as big as beef.

I sat infront of Emy and starts eating. Elly stares at the patches in my neck and asked.

"What happened to your neck?"

"Errr ..." I look at Emy then look at Elly as I try to come up with a reason when suddenly Velvet answers behind me.

"She got bitten by a mosquito so we applied ointment and patch at her neck right away to avoid itch.

Velvet answered smoothly before she sat on the chair beside me. And proceed to eat her meal same as mine.

"I see. We should buy some ointment too for us sis." Elly looks at Emy.

"Yep do that Elly." Before stuffing her mouth with meat.

We all enjoyed the small feast before heading out to the academy to look for quest. Upon entering we noticed the influx of dicers inside. By that I meant the main lobby are swarming with dicers which is rare and definitely didn't happen ever since I arrived here.

"What happened?" Velvet asked a random girl passing by.

"Oh velvet right? Apparently a party noticed a bunch of goblins coming out of their lair. The academy officials are now in the meeting." The girl replied.

"Foes this mean what I think it is?" Velvet looks outside.

"Probably." The girl replied before waving at velvet and head inside.

"What do you think?" I asked velvet.

"Probably one of those events you will love so much Eris." Velvet sighs.

I only tilt my head not knowing what she meant.

"What I mean is there might be a monster stampede." Velvet said.

"What's that?" I asked curiously.

"Seriously? You don't know yet? I told you to read the manual right?" Velvet squeezes and pulls my cheeks as punishment.

"Bwat Ay Halwedy Hid" i replied while trying to tap her hands for surrender.

"But I already did... I think..." I said it again after massaging my cheeks when velvet lets go.

"Anyways let's get ready and buy some materials." velvet looks at the sisters hugging each other.

"A stampede sis..." Elly looks worried.

"It's okay. We are not alone this time." Emy gently pats her head.

"Did something happened?" I asked the two.

"Our parents died from one of those stampede before..." Elly replied.

"So that's what happened..." I look at the two. "Don't worry. We will help each other now and leave roasting them to me!" I reassure them.

Emy laughs at my comment.

"Why are you laughing?" I asked with a pout.

"Well... Considering how cool you are and how safe we feel when you act like this, it's funny compared to how you look like at night." Emy chuckles followed by velvet. "Certainly it's funny."

I blushed from embarrassment while Elly looks at us unaware of what's happening.

We all buy some potions and other items like luring smoke bars and I rolled some white dice.
