Chapter 28

After walking around the indoor garden for quite some time i headed back to the sitting room. Getting to tge sitting room i could hear Sandra exchanging words with Junior in the kitchen. This two can't even get along for ten minutes, how come they could come up with a plane to hold me hostage 'together', well whatever, who cares how the get along. At this point i sighted Junior's phone on the arm chair, i got an idea as i quickly made for the phone and dialed Dad's mobile number.

       "After two weeks of your best friend going missing you finally called tumbs up dude" Dad rebuked Junior as soon as he recieved the call.

       "Hello Dad, it's me Mae...."

3rd Person Pov

      Mae was still talking when she recieved an ear deafening slap, which caused her to collapse on the sofa.

      "I told you not to act smart with me" Junior who had walked in on her and heard her make the phonecall said as he pounced on her and gave her the beating of her life, while Sandra stood by smoking.

     Meanwhile, at home after the call disconnected, Mr Jonas  getting an idea of where Junior might hace kept Mae he quickly contacted the cops and the cops assured him to get there as quickly as possible.

        "I don't think the cops will get there as soon as possible am going to get her" Fracis said standing up

      "I don't think thats a wise idea son, allow the cops to do their job" Mr Melvin said

      "Am sorry dad, i will have to disobey you today" Francis said picking his car keys

      "Man am coming with you" Gideon said rushing after him "wait for meee" Rachel shouted while running after them.

        ack to the crime scene, Junior had already beaten Mae out of consciousness and had ripped off her shirt. Junior made for her bra the door was kicked open. Seeing the scene before him, Francis unable to hold in his anger pounced on Junior giving him the beating of his life. Knowing fully well that karma had caught up her Sandra made for the door, but was pulled back by Gideon. 

     Rachel rushed towards the unconscious Mae who was laying lifelessly on the couch 

     'Why would Mae have a tattoo of Jonas Jessy on her left breast?' Rachel thought as she had seen the tattoo on Mae's left breast when she ran to aid her.

     After smashing, Junior's head on the wall and making sure he lost consciousness, Francis rushed to Mae's side and covered her with hus jacket. But Junior had quickly regained consciousness

    "Francis move" Gideon shouted but unable to move fast, Francis was hit on the head by Junior and he lost consciousness. Charging towards Gideon, Junior picked up the side table with which he had used to hit Francis' head, but unfortunately for him. The cop arrived just then while  Junior and Sandra were arrested and charged for kidnapping, attempted murder and attempted rape, Francis and Mae were rushed to the hospital in an ambulance.

      Francis and Mae recovered quickly and were both back from the hospital within three days
