Diary of a Teenage Alpha

Big-hearted and witty, Samantha Kingsley is the Alpha's daughter who grew up learning to meet everyone's expectations. But Samantha isn't a pup anymore, she's in high school now, and is just about to discover that her life is written by her choices. Not by dreams, or prophecies, or even the moon goddess. This girl is going to protect the happiness of her pack and everyone she loves. Read her diary here. Updated every night. Mon-Sat Volume Synopsis VOL 1 It's the first week of school. Despite my failed attempt to make a friend, I somehow ended up surrounded by a handful of wolf classmates, got accepted by the human "cool" girls, and became a vampire's guard dog? VOL 2 I think I'm just starting to get the hang of school. From navigating school halls, new friends, vampires, and school clubs... Back home it should have been the usual drill, but things started shifting. And I urm...might have been messing around where I shouldn't. VOL 3 I had to miss a couple of school days this week due to my ah, long term bout of "anemia". It's been pretty intense at home. My alpha position was challenged, rogues burnt down our home, I rescued my first fight dog, discovered the Lorent's secret oracle, almost rescued my mate...and accidentally stumbled into my Alpha Dad's secret. VOL 4 My worlds collide as some members from my pack come to my school to sell concert tickets. And when Grandpa Alpha shocked us all by dying, my dad's family comes together to pay their last respects at the Night Forest Pack. VOL 5 It's February and the Vampire Queen is celebrating her birthday. Would Rebel's plan to escape work out? Meanwhile, I'm stuck in school dealing with high school drama, an evolving wolf, and a new human sister. In the Red Packlands, war nearly breaks out. (This might have been a very little bit my fault.) VOL 6 It's the week of Valentine's Day, but I've got a highschool play, Lorent drama, Vampire slaying training, and an underground army to deal with first. And then warlock weather threw an extended snowstorm at us. The whole of Green Packlands goes into lockdown - but what about Valentine's Day? VOL 7 Exams are a week away, and it feels like my time at Winderhill is really coming to a close. I'm trying to be a good student, but there are paparazzi camped outside my school, I ran with rogues (I'm shocked too), Maria just had to enter her dark cycle in school...My life is too exciting to study for exams. VOL 8 It's exam week, but I've got far greater problems brewing at home. The prophecies are merging. River's stone had unlocked warlock trouble, the rogue king has moved in, and then there's Uncle Louis' economical problems... one at a time. Just let me survive Code Black and figure out what's going on at Heller's first, and I'm sure everything else will work out somehow. VOL 9 Its the last week of school and the exams are over. Its like for better or worse, all the big bad things are over now. At home, My pack works to clean up the aftermath of the rogue war, the warlock's defeat, and Jude's betrayal. In school, everyone treats me more or less the same... like a freak. Meanwhile, our school play is in dire straights, and as the Last Hurrah's debut draws near, I get ready to say good bye to Winderhill for good. VOL 10 We follow Dad to the past to stop the traitor (AKA Jude), from ever stepping into our Packlands. It would've been a good plan too - if it didn't change EVERYTHING. Now, I can't help but feel my life is ruined. Nobody understands me. Is it selfish of me to wish none of this ever happened? Why does my world have to be so magical?

HOW TO MAKE HIM MINE

"I believe you have some business with me, Princess." Bell always called me "princess" in such a cold tone in this timeline, but Boo was determined to overlook the offence and focus on the bigger picture.

I smiled. It was my wide smile, the one I had always felt I used when I was trying to be friendly or brave, but now with Boo behind the wheel, I just felt that it was probably the same kind of smile the big bad wolf gave Little Red Riding Hood when he met her in the woods… did you never hear of the tale? Never mind, it was a human one anyway.

"I was just thinking about you." Because I was. Like I was thinking about Bell a lot this morning. I wasn't even trying to. It was like "meeting, meeting, meeting, Bell" almost like a mental game of Duck-Duck-Goose.

"Oh? And what were you plotting?" Bell asked, his fumes rising and flickering just a bit.

I felt my smile widen. I wasn't plotting anything, such planning skills were beyond me, but I was THINKING how to make Bell mine again. Aloud I nodded, "Oh yes, I wanted to ask you something."

Bell smirked, "Ask away."

Someone must have informed Stephan of Bell's arrival, because right on cue, Stephan knocked on the Alpha's Office door.

"Come in." Dad and Bell both answered at the same time. Dad, because he was the alpha and this was his office. Bell, because he was the alpha who believed the whole world owed him that much.

They raised their brow at each other in silent challenge.

I don't think my Dad loved Bell so much after all the timelines we had gone through.

Stephan let himself in, "Pardon Alphas."

He was proper, immaculate, and expressionless as usual, "Captain Stephan greets the alphas."

"Come in, come in. You're just in time." I grinned. I did catch Stephan glance over at Harvey, so I knew who was the one who cued him in. See why Harv's my good beta?

Bell raised his brow, but now it was directed at Stephan.

"Bell, you know Stephan, right?" I gestured, but I'm sure he did. They were both fight dogs and had led the rebellion at the Vamp Queen's birthday party and escaped the fight cages together.

Bell only nodded an iota. It was like he was still trying to figure out what this was about.

"So," I decided to get down to business, "You remember breaking up with me right?"

I'm sure there was a more tactful way to say it, but I was just trying to get to the point.

Bell paused, "What's this about, Princess?"

He looked from Stephan to me. I shrugged, I don't know what this had to do with Stephan, I mean, I was definitely going to get round to Stephan's curse, but I wanted to settle things between Bell and me first. HE BELONGED TO ME!

"Just yes or no." I insisted, "You broke up with me, right?"

"What of it?" Bell asked.

Okay, I guess that was the closest to yes that I was going to get out of him.

"Good. So now I am free to choose my own mate, right?" I said, "Since I'm not going to be your luna anymore, I can be the alpha and choose my own luna, right?"

Bell glared at Stephan. This was distracting. I was trying to sort out something fundamentally important between us, but Bell kept looking at Stephan. I stepped closer to block Stephan out of his line of sight. He should be looking at me, dammit!

"Right?" I demanded, "I can choose anyone I want to be my luna and since you broke up with me, YOU CAN'T SAY NO."

Bell was growling now, just very lowly. His cursed fumes had gone completely flat. A pitch black liquid within Bell's shadow. I think… this was probably a good time to run if one treasured life, but I really wanted to settle this once and for all. Bell belonged to ME!

"Promise me!" I said, "You'll accept whoever I choose. You can't even protest!"

Bell crossed his arms, his curse tightened to pool around him… he was in a dangerous mood.

And because Bell's mood looked seriously worse than the storm clouds outside, I added (in the interest of public safety), "And you can't kill anyone! No matter how mad you are. Whether purposely or accidentally."

Bell pressed his lips together. His lips that were MINE.

"You must promise!" I said when Bell didn't respond, I reminded him again, "You were the one who broke up so that's only fair. Promise me!"

Finally, Bell sighed, "Fine."

I nodded, choosing to ignore the way his curse was writhing in the pool of his shadow, or the way his alpha dominance was leaking like a broken nuclear plant.

"Good." I nodded and smiled at him again. "Then I choose you."

"What?" Bell was so surprised that he looked momentarily and uncoolly shocked, he even repeated himself, "What?"

I laughed. {So cute! ~ <3}< p>

And I nodded happily, {MINE ~ <3}< p>

And then I had to explain because Bell was still really confused. He looked around at everyone and was even more confused at the way he was the only one surprised by the turn of events. I guess he wasn't used to being the slowest in the room.

"You broke up with me, so now I don't have to be your luna anymore. I will be the alpha, and since I am free to choose my own mate, I choose my soul mate, YOU. From now on, you are my luna!" I was very proud of myself, "AND you can't protest. You have to accept it cos you promised. The Alpha's word is law and we all heard you agree you would accept whoever I choose."

Oh yeah, I totally got him there.

I took another step closer to him, "And I choose you, Pi-ka-chu!"

I don't think Bell meant to do this, but he ended up just looking completely bewildered, "What?"

Muahahahahaha. {I win!}
