Looking at her stats I am a bit surprised it doesn't have more, given it doesn't show anything unless it's genetic if I had to guess. so a trained power wouldn't show up unless it was something to do with an inborn affinity that changed and evolved. that's just my speculation as of now, her poison is weaker than Paglio's but she also has a water affinity just as high to make up for it.

Krobelus was furious when she finally started to make connections on her own. maybe she always had a hunch but with the man in question who is supposed to be dead is actually alive and avoiding you, it puts it in perspective. she almost went off on a hunt to find him but Izzy defused the situation swiftly, she asked to speak alone with her so I gave them space.

When I came back Krobelus was very eager to be reincarnated and it honestly left me confused, looking at Isabella for an explanation she just smiled kindly. I decided to ask her about it later as it seems a bit odd, but I won't complain about an overlord joining up with me and so I reincarnated her. she only went from low overlord to mid but I am confident in her ability to get to peak soon enough.

"So does that bastard live with you as well?" I showed them around the dark moon, Isabella has been here before but Krobelus hasn't. she had no reason to come to a run-down estate with no opportunity to make money.

"No, he decided to live separately even when I offered." I don't know how to tell her he has been sleeping with the devil that used to bring him food and drinks. he seems to have hit it off with her when she would stay around and listen to all his old stories.

"I see, this place is pretty big do you live alone?" I shake my head and lead them inside, before I can answer Isabella answers her.

"He lives here with a whole collection of reincarnated females." I roll my eyes at her and make my way to some empty rooms.

"I wouldn't say collection, but if that's the case then you walked into it willingly so just remember that." we make it to the end of the hall on the second floor and I show them two empty rooms. "both of these are empty and you are free to decorate them how you like, there are other rooms but there on the other side of the house." after they both check out their rooms they head off together to buy some necessities.

Once they leave I head to Shea so she can try out the new sword, with the sword in hand if played right she can just directly kick Obsidian off the throne. the artifact is the will of the empire of some crap. it just makes sense to demons that the one in the royal family that possesses the strongest weapon of the empire should lead.

Would be a tough sell if she was still a demon emperor but with the progress, she is making with territory after becoming overlord it won't be hard.

"So you should be able to summon it now without me interfering, if it is already summoned though it won't respond and you will have to wait till I unsummon it." Shea holds out her hand and closes her eyes, soon the Fallen Angel Sword appears floating before her.

"Huh, well I guess that solves a big problem." she grabs the handle and swings it around a few times before using the skill sword control to make it fly around her. "It can't be used by a normal Lucifer now can it?"

"Haven't tried but we could see if Alice can use it, given the artifact would have to choose her anyway and I don't think it will since she is too weak for it." the sword is unsummoned and Shea looks back over at me, or more specifically my hair.

"So why did the sword change your appearance like the cloak but not the shield and the mask?" I grab a lock of my hair and look at the shiny silver color as I shrug.

"No clue honestly, maybe the shield and mask did change something but it isn't noticeable. my only guess of what it could be would be that I align with the sins of Pride and Lust so they came threw visually. but my guess is completely in the dark as of now." she nods and summons the sword once more.

"Makes sense for you to align with Lust with how much of a horny dog you are." before I can defend myself she takes a stance. "Let's fight so I can get some practice with the sword, you should use the shield since it will keep me from harming you if I go too far." I summon the shield and prepare to captain America her, her territory expands and the light around us takes on a different property.

"Let's go." in a burst of speed she closes the distance and slashes down, when the blade meets the shield it sends out a shock wave.

The impact absorbed into the shield with almost no force being felt, almost freaky how it feels like someone hitting it with a pillow. blocking a few more times I decide to try and reflect, the shield briefly glows as the sword makes contact. the sword is sent back insanely fast and Shea has to dodge before it hits her head.

"Wow, that is dangerous." she used the sword control ability as she let go of the handle to make it fly upwards before it managed to reflect back at her. the sword spinning in the air after being let go, it comes to a stop and points in my direction.

The sword under her control soars toward me as I deflect it only for it to turn and come back. not using any magic I focus on trying to just deflect and react to the sporadic flight path of the blade, it's only practice anyway.

After the blade hits the shield I tilt the shield causing it to slide to the left on its surface as she continues to drive it forward. grabbing the hilt I toss it in her direction in an attempt to catch her by surprise. her focus on controlling the blade momentarily breaks when I took control, stopping it a few feet Infront of her she spins it back around with a smile.

"Let's crank this up a bit, I just came up with a really good idea I think." multiple glowing blades appear made of evil light, and they slowly change appearance until they match the sword. "you of all people will be able to easily discern the real one since you are also bound to it but it will still be good practice for me to try this out."

I nod as I am ready and she launches them all out only for them to zig-zag around randomly. a few crash as she tries to make them unpredictable and loses control. I block the real one and then when a fake one hits it the fake breaks on the shield. the swords don't let up as she summons more to replace the ones she lost.

The practice continues as we both try out new ideas using the fallen angel sword.

"It's a cool idea for sure but not practical, the people you would use it against would be able to discern the real one unless you find out how to either mask the sword's aura or replicate it on the copies."

"I was thinking maybe covering them all in demonic energy since most people won't be able to see through it." she attempts to do just that with the sword but doesn't quite make it work, might be because the sword is very high tier. her weaker demonic energy cant cloak something beyond its power, kind of like trying to cover a whole bed with a hand towel or something.

"Might work if you go about it differently than just trying to overpower it with your power." she nods and sends the sword back, she grabs her wrist with her other hand and stretches.

"I need to head back and finish going over the reports Kaguli sent, thanks, Nova. with the artifact, I have a vastly superior claim even though it is already mine by right."

"You're welcome, let me know when you want to practice again." she teleports off leaving me in the destroyed training yard, quickly fixing the ground the best I could I then head off to check on a few things.

- Alice's POV -

This is the third time this week that this Malin guy has come in here and lost everything he came with, he is even trying to gamble using his shoes as a wager. I press the button under the desk and Dodo comes bouncing out of the back room.

Without even needing to tell him what I sent the alert for he bounces right up to Malin and throws the crying man out the door. he then bounces right back into the back room without even stopping for a moment.

A light shines behind me causing me to jump in fright.

"Hello, Alice." oh, it's just Nova.

"Hey! you just missed it, the same guy is back again after he lost all the money he made last time." Nova looks out the door and his eyes shine for a moment, a smile spreads across his face a moment later.

"What happened to his shoes?" I look back over to the table and see the dealer push the shoes off the table into a trash can she is holding. Nova sees it too and shakes his head, he grabs the logs and looks over them. "Next time give him a temp ban and tell him that if he comes back after it acting the same way it will be permeant." I quickly nod my head, I have been waiting to use the ban hammer! Nova made it look like a giant wooden mallet and it will ' blacklist ' anyone it hits after pointing it at them.

"Ok Nova! I am ready to swing the hammer anyway, I almost got to use it the other day when those ex-employees of Joseph came looking for trouble." Nova looks up from the Logs.

"What did they want, and better yet why am I just hearing about Joseph's people coming around causing trouble?" I wave off his worries, if he saw how Kia dealt with those poor guys he might even feel bad for them.

One second there hollering and shouting about taking over the casino and then BAM they all hit the ground looking like husks. Kia just waved a hand and they had all the energy and power drained from their bodies.

"It's no big deal Kia handled them, what is up with Kia anyway? she has been a ton stronger lately, she was showing me how she can even devourer stuff from a distance to power herself up." wonder what happened to enhance her devourer physique so much? the only big change in her life is that she is living with Nova... wait?! "What happened to your hair and eyes?! how am I just noticing this?" Nova scratches his head and sets the Log down.

"I got an upgrade again, first the ears and now the eyes and hair. soon I will finish and be promoted, I will go from a handsome devil to the most handsome devil ever."

"...."

"...."

"No." this guy's ego has been swelling ever since those ears of his changed, they are kind of cute though.

"Oh well, I will just show you the results after the fact." he waves and walks over to the back room and I quickly call out.

"Wait!" seeing he stopped and looked I continue. "You know it's almost my sister's birthday right?" he tilts his head and then his eyes go a bit wider.

"Thanks for the reminder, I almost forgot." I nod and bring up my current worries.

"Well you see, I have been having trouble planning what to get her. you have been supplying a ton of money and other resources to her so she can buy most anything she wants at the moment." he nods and walks over.

"Let's go check on something together real quick and if it's ready you can use it as a present for your sister." We soon get swept up in a teleport to who knows where, I hope it is a good present.
