For the rest of the day I just spent it getting ready to confront Isabella, I have concluded that I am just going to rip the band-aid off so to speak. I am going to tell her that I know she is dying and I can help her, so she doesn't kill me I am also going to mention blood fall and having people ready to make the connection for Obsidian effectively blowing her cover and ruining all her work so she doesn't just pounce on me with daggers drawn.
The main reason I am going with this approach is to try to show her I am not trying to trick her into anything she wouldn't want to do. if she looks at it as me laying too many cards out she will likely think I am being dumb and will feel safer than if I tried to hide stuff and she felt I was too much of a risk. it's always better to work with someone easy to manipulate and deceive versus an intelligent person who is going to wring you dry of benefits and leave you out in the cold so to speak.
If I came to her saying hey I have a deal for you and she looked at it and wondered things like whys and how's and goes in circles looking for my motives she will overthink it trying to connect it to her experience with the human male who cursed her. especially since I am offering to cure her of the curse that no one alive other than that male should know about. she will immediately think I am related to him but I am just going to say I have a sensitivity to light elements and can feel the light curse and can cure her but she has to work with me since that's part of the cure anyway.
All this comes back to how much I offer her. I can afford a mutated queen piece and even a set of black potions to have before reincarnating but will that be coming on too strong? plus I need to save for Catherine because she is going to be a tough nut to crack and I need everything available to secure her.

I have been getting all the sin I can every day and even with that, I have been barely making any profits. I need to secure a way to get vast amounts and I believe I may have a way but it will have to wait till after Isabella. for now I just need to wait for her to show up and play my cards right and from there we can try to fix my income problem. since I have set up an alert system to tell me if someone arrives at either place I am known to be I can slip off and do something else while waiting for the fish to bite.
Now I can go back to focusing on learning territory, it might be impossible for me since I am different from this world's natives but I can eat a realm king fruit and see if the hallucinations even do anything to me. the last realm king fruit I can give to Athena on her birthday in hopes of her breaking through on her birthday bloodline promotion.

Sitting up straight by a tree by the blue lake I eat the realm king fruit and get comfortable while I wait for the effects. Paglio is explaining the properties of territory and how I first have to make a pseudo territory and then make a real one slowly after I have that down.
"Territory is a real-world created in the main world through your own power and spirit and is not an illusion or projection an real territory will use the world around it to support itself and become real. a pseudo territory will survive solely off your own strength and will be more of an illusion and a half step to the real deal." Paglio activates a tiny portion of his territory with his seal strength to give me an idea as the fruit works its way through my system.
"I feel like what your showing me is different from what I am feeling from the effects of the fruit. I don't know if it's because of the fact I am a devil and to my knowledge I am the first to eat one of these." Paglio thinks for a while as I get lost in the feeling of ' territory ' it mainly feels like a presence around me that is separate from the main world but still connected. to put it as simply as possible it's like one moment I was in the air conditioner and then suddenly I am outside in the woods but I still feel the AC running.
"Explain the difference you feel between mine and your own once more." I explain to him and he seems even more lost, he then takes a seat to my left and leans against the tree, and gets lost in thought.

Focusing on just this foreign effect I close my eyes and begin to lose myself in it. no longer do I feel my back leaning on the tree or the grass underneath me. no longer do I hear the wind blowing and the sound of breathing from me and my companion. one by one all major senses are lost and I am just left with nothing, or better yet not nothing. I am left with sin and like this, I feel an even deeper connection to it. if before I saw sin as a fuel and a resource now I see it as an extension of myself that is present everywhere. It's a bit frightening to feel all the sin around me as if it was mine, to begin with, but after calming down I let it pass over and through me and it becomes more solid.
After a while of experimenting with this new solid matter like sin, I begin to speculate that this is how I build the territory. devils main driving force of their magic is imagination so I begin to imagine this sin or rather my sin to build a bubble around me. many attempts later I have a thick bubble surrounding me by about ten feet in each direction even below me which to my knowledge is currently the ground.
After finishing building my bubble I try to expand it and it tears and I have to quickly patch it before it all comes down. repeating the process I triple the size before I stop and then I just focus on what exactly it is I have done. I see everything within my bubble or rather inside my territory, it's all a part of it and also not. I open my eyes and Paglio is standing in front of me as I had seen within my territory and he looks amused.
"You really are a cheater aren't you?" I raise an eyebrow and he waves his hands around. "you skipped the intangible and went straight to the solid territory. you formed your territory in a sphere even though you could of just let it flow around and expand on its own but this takes more effort on its own anyway. how you formed your territory is one of the ways to train your territory since it's much harder to support in this design. it feels foreign though it feels similar to water rather than mist if that makes sense to you, but other than that you did it and it only took you six hours."
"Hahaha, it doesn't do anything other than allow me to feel everything in it but it's still a step in the right direction I guess. how do I add concepts though?" Paglio sits next to me again and begins to explain how he added his special poison property to his territory and it gives me some ideas. my territory is a different beast all together as it is proven when he uses his and I use mine to try to combat his and they interact in ways he says he has never experienced. and this is Paglio someone with had lived thousands of years if I remember correctly.
I begin to try and add my powers to my territory and find that it's as simple as flipping a switch for each one. not necessarily a switch but more envisioning the effects of what I want to happen and instead of making a circle or pouring our demonic energy the territory automatically does my bidding. it's like adding an autopilot onto the already auto-piloted magic system devils have. to be quite honest it is a bit too much to set in all at once with the foreign feeling of the world within my territory being an extension of my own body and soul but it also feels freeing.
Normally casting magic with a circle is like making boxed brownies, using magic without a circle is making them from scratch. casting magic with my territory is like willing the brownies to make themselves exactly like how I envision them to. everything just pulls itself together to bring about the effect I want. the only sad thing is it only works with my traits which is a huge advantage but I can't use basic elemental magic or anything not related to my traits like teleporting.
My theory is that my body contains demonic energy that fuels it all and the traits convert it to the concept that the trait is like time or venom, but circles themself is what makes my demonic energy into a teleporting effect and that can't be mimicked by the territory. it can bring up the circles themself just as my main body can cast the circles but it cant will fire into existence for example. it's kind of like an AI that I tell to do something and it works with what it's coded to do and if the code doesn't support the action it just can't do it. but traits are automatically a part of the code so to speak. it's not necessarily that simple because I still feel myself doing the thing that I will to happen it's just extremally automated even more so than it is usually with what I imagine.
As I am playing with my new skill I feel something change and pull up the system.

The Tier up is no longer grayed out and I can purchase it meaning that I needed to achieve this on my own before I could have promoted. with that being the case I can imagine the same happening when I am overlord rank going to kingdomization.
As I ponder the next steps of how to improve my territory to go to the kingdom level or how I will do that since it's supposed to take the Faith from worshipers to do one of my trap's triggers at my warehouse. at the warehouse, I have set up numerous dragon script illusions to repeat the noise of working on a forge and even an illusion of me hammering out some metal. right now someone just approached my front door and is about to knock so I quickly bid Paglio farewell and teleport back and kill the illusions.
As I arrive I don't use my territory in case I spook the guest but from what I can tell it should be Isabella herself. a knock echo's from upstairs into the mostly empty space of the warehouse and I kill the sound making dragon script and making myself look like I hurriedly got cleaned up after working a forge. a little soot and wiped down with a towel and I am heading upstairs and double check the suppressing traps I rigged in the meeting room and finally after calming myself down I open the door.
