Merlin used the time when Nier was sleeping to practice these skills. He acted like a child who had just gotten a new toy.
Frankly, before coming here, Merlin was a seven-year-old boy. But who would have thought that when he woke up, he would be ten-something years old? Many years of his experience-harvesting were gone.
His expressions and thoughts were, thus, like a child who was younger than ten years old even though his body was older than that.
He practiced the Serpent Stab skill with the surrounding trees.
At that moment, something incredible happened.
Merlin's first time trying the Serpent Stab skill was a great success.
Both his hands held the sharp saber and thrust it through the air.

A sharp whirlwind appeared on the tip of the saber, directing towards the tree in the front.
Pluck!
The saber in Merlin's hand stabbed the tree like a knife into a banana stalk. The penetration force was superior to that of normal stabbing.
