"Do you remember the number on the license plate? "
Max asked hopefully.
"Uhhh well, I was in a hurry at the time . Along with all the stress and worry I forgot to note down it's number. "
Robin sighed.
"Its alright. "
Max was already prepared for something like this. So he wasn't very dejected about it.
Before leaving , Inspector Jolly sealed the Jewellery shop till the investigation was not complete. Although Robin protested against it many times but it was of no use.
After that Max and Daisy followed Inspector Jolly to the police station. Since some things can be done more easily in the police station, so instead of returning to the detective agency, they came to the police station.
It's just that before now, Max had always solved the case on his own without the help of police because of the situations at that time. So actually it was his first time solving the case in a legal way.
