The King's Power

Atsuki got into a stance then smirked at me. She dashed to me and thrusted her lance at me. I dodged the lance then watched her. She spun around, going for another thrust. I dodged her once again then she jumped in the air and tried to strike me from above. I jumped back and looked at her.

"You're fast, but try this on for size." Atsuki said then dashed to me and went for a barrage of attacks.

I dodged them and she swung her lance upwards, using the snow to obstruct my vision. She appeared behind me and palmed my back. I grunted and stumbled forward. I turned around and looked at her.

"Something wrong?" Atsuki tilted her head.

I looked at her then covered my right eye. I sighed and sat on the snow. "I don't know if I can do this...I don't know if I can go back to the way I once was.."

"Shiro.." Atsuki walked to me and got on one knee then made me look at her. "You're a King now...You have to do this. Esoria needs you more than anything.."
