Nouran's POV
Yes tomorrow is ya Muhammad's wedding, can you believe it. I'm currently at zuhur's house and she is having wedding jitters. I mean which bride doesn't have wedding jitters. So right now I'm at her house trying to calm her down. Ok zuhur, take a deep breath. You are getting married, its not like you are going on a suicide mission. Besides we all know that ya Muhammad loves you and will do absolutely anything for you. So get your lazy ass up and go and take a shower. Alright I will but why do I have to bath, I already took a bath this morning. Well that is because we are going out.
Yep you guessed right, we planned a surprise bridal shower for her even though she said she didn't want one. Its hard to hide it from her but I tried. Now I just hope she likes the surprise. I was still deep in thought when zuhur came out of the bathroom with a robe and a towel tied around her hair. She stood in front of me hands akimbo. Alright since you are the one dragging me out, pick out my outfit for me because I just don't know what to wear. Yes! I got it. How about we wear our matching jumpsuits. Its a black jumpsuit with a golden belt. Its plain and simple. We got it when we went to the mall the other day. I think she also liked the idea because she was smiling like a fool. I left mine with her so I just went into closet and brought them out. she wore the clothes while I entered the bathroom to get changed. After getting dressed and applying makeup, we were on our way but not before I told hajiya bilkisu(zuhur's mom). She gave me the go ahead but said I should make sure that we are back before ten in the night because her aunts are around and all of them want to give her a piece of advice and their blessings before its too late. We made sure to invite everyone to the bridal shower. Including her old friends and cousins. I also told ya Muhammad and he said he will come see her but he won't come in, after all its a female gathering. So we got to the hotel where the event was taking place and we made our way to the lobby. The receptionist knew why I was here so she just nodded at me and continued typing away. I messaged maryam(her cousin sister)to get everyone in their positions because we have arrived. Once we got to the dimly lit room, I left her alone and went to hide. Immediately I was safely in position, everyone sprang out of their hiding places and yelled SURPRISE! She looked shocked at first but snapped out of her trance when a sash was out around her. A crown was also placed on her head and she was made to sit down before everything started.even Lizzie was part of the plan. Everything went smoothly. I couldn't be happier. I even got her home in time for the sermon. I can't help but I feel like something is about to wrong.
Heyyo! So there you have it. Another update. The calm before the storm. I just hope everything is alright. I'm already getting ready for the wedding. I can't wait to see Muhammad's expression when he sees his bride. I have hired the best makeup artist for that. I didn't get into details with this wedding because I feel she isn't the main character soo.... Anyways what do you think will happen and who do you think is going to cause havoc at the wedding? I guess you just have to wait to find that out. Bye for now.
