Staying A Low Profile

Third Person P.O.V.

It was late at night in an unfamiliar place. There comes out the shadows a woman, elegant in every way. Lushes black hair that flows in the breezes. Her dress trailing behind her as she approaches the man hidden in the darkness.

"My lord. Do you think it's wise for us to interfere this much in this quest?" the woman asks.

"This isn't just any quest. This is the quest to determine the fall of all magic," the man says.

He was looking into a water fountain that was showing the demigods' quest. The main focus was on a light skin girl staying in isolation. It was obvious the man has taken interested in her.

"My lord are you certain that she's the one from the prophecy?" the woman asks.

"She can hear you without being asleep," he says with a smile. "There's no doubt in my mind that she's the one."

The woman nods. It was time for them both to come back into the light. Two prophecies are going to intertwine with each other. They watched as the young girl works on being the one making sure everything is ok.

The woman leaves the man to watch. He was making sure that his prime choice as the candidate to take his place. If possible he would like her to be able to keep her powers as well.

~

Asteria was working on a lot of things after hearing the voice again. Jason was out on the Quidditch field one-upping many of the players by being incredibly fast and a good beater. The game was obviously just an outmatched

Fred and George were also sitting next to Asteria, George being the one looking over her shoulder.

"So is Jason using his powers in this game?" George asks as he watches Asteria not really focus on the game.

"Not really. . ." Asteria says looking up.

She notices Jason was playing unfairly. But then again he wasn't much of a difference from playing a regular game of Quidditch. He just allowed his powers to help him win.

"He's barely using his powers," she says with a sigh.

"What types of powers do you have?" George asks curiously.

"Other than being able to do magic without wands, nothing really."

George nods as he watches the game again. He didn't have much to get from her even without Fred cheering on everyone else. Asteria had nothing interesting happening and most people were expecting both houses to be there. They won the game by ten points. And everything seemed to be normal until a poster came on the wall.

The High Inquisitor of Hogwarts

Any student found in possession of the magazine The Quibbler will be expelled.

The above is in accordance with Educational Decree Number Twenty-seven.

Signed:

Dolores Jane Umbridge

high inquisitor

Asteria laughed. She knew Hermione would find a way for everyone to be able to read it. More importantly, she knew that all the demigods would have only one copy. Everyone was reading it and for the most part, was getting it and reading. They either hid it in plain sight or made sure no one knew they had it. It ways amazing to watch Umbridge scramble to make her decree work in her favor.
