Guo Jia Collapses

Yun was preparing everything for the trip he was going to need which was a carriage with fake goods, a bit of money, and enough food for two people to make the trip and get to Xiapi afterward.

Yun was looking at the map and tried to find the shortest way possible without having to pass through Ye since it would be suicide to even go near that city with what Yun did to Yuan Shao and his army.

Then there was also Zhen Luo who used to be the wife of Yuan Xi if she were to appear in public everyone would know who he is as well. They had to be smart so avoiding Ye was essential for them to return in one piece.

Yun was ignoring his future wife since she could be his daughter but his mother wasn't nor were the children. Zheng seemed to warm up to Zhen Luo quite fast making Zhen Luo happy. Madam Su loved her third grandchild quite much for being so innocent towards everyone.

She knew that if Zhen Luo raised Yang right now that Yang wouldn't even know that Zhen Luo wasn't his actual mother until he gets older and it would be time to tell him.

Her only headache were the twins which seemed to not like the idea of Yun marrying Zhen Luo since their mother was still alive even if they labeled her as dead. She didn't know how to handle the twins as they were cold towards Zhen Luo openly which could lead to a household that could be broken apart because of her decision of making Yun marry Zhen Luo.

She had to do something so she went to see her son who was planning the trip to take her husband's ashes to Zhending.

"What do you need, mother?" asks Yun curious since his mother wouldn't enter his office.

"We need to talk about the twins. They don't seem willing to accept your marriage with Zhen Luo," says Madam Su concerned as Yun's curiosity died down fast after hearing that.

"I will be talking to them when the time is right," says Yun seriously knowing that his twins didn't like the idea of him marrying Zhen Luo after seeing their reaction when he passed them the day Madam Su proposed it.

"It could break our family apart," says Madam Su in a worried tone while making a sad face that would make her win against Yun every time since he was little.

Yun saw the sad expression on his mother and gave in when he says, "*sigh* I will deal with it before I leave Puyang."

This made Madam Su happy seeing that Yun was going to handle it when Pang Tong enters the room in a rush, "We have a problem!"

"Which is?" asks Yun when Dian Wei and Huang Xu carried Guo Jia into the room making Yun open his eyes wide.

"Shit, I forgot about him with everything that happened!" shouts Yun furious with himself before he looks at Pang Tong and he says, "Bring me a pot with warm water and another one with cold one in it. Huang Xu and Dian Wei, help me get him naked and then lay him on the desk."

They begin to move and Yun clears his desk rapidly when he looks at his mother before saying, "You should leave."

Then he looked at Dian Wei and Huang Xu and said the same to them. Huang Xu knew what Yun was about to do and didn't complain as he dragged Dian Wei out with him when Pang Tong and a servant brought the two pots for Yun.

Yun asks them to place the pot with cold water at the end of the desk under Guo Jia's head so he could puke into it while the pot with hot water was placed on the chair Yun normally uses to work in.

They then leave and Yun puts his hands into the pot with hot water before placing his hands on Guo Jia's body while saying, "I'm sorry that I forgot about you, Guo Jia. I wanted to deal with your illness after we had dealt with the Xu Province but the war and my father's death got in the way."

Yun's hands began to shine in a white aura and he began to circulate his hands all over Guo Jia's back before moving down toward his legs. Then he moved back up to his back and then toward his arms before moving back to his back.

Guo Jia began to puke blood out of his mouth which was darker than the night itself. It landed in the pot with a bit missing which landed around the pot. Yun was circulating the blood through Guo Jia's veins while renewing and making Guo Jia puke the bad blood out.

Guo Jia was puking blood for four hours when Yun stopped and Guo Jia seemed to regain some color on his face when Yun says, "We will have to continue your treatment tomorrow."

"What do you mean, I feel great," says Guo Jia feeling better than ever when Yun looked at him seriously.

"I didn't treat your illness, I just changed your blood. All the blood that is flowing through your veins will turn as black as the blood you puked out if I don't treat you. Return tomorrow morning, we will begin your treatment then. I will have to reschedule my plans until you are completely over the hill," says Yun seriously not wanting to lose Guo Jia to his illness.

"Then I shall return tomorrow but how long will it take to cure me?" asks Guo Jia curiously when Yun only smiles at him.

"It took me four days to cure Huang Xu. So I would say that it will take a week to two weeks to completely cure you so you don't relapse and it spreads again," says Yun as he looked at the pot and its surroundings making Yun flinch before he burns the pot and the floor that was dirty with blood not wanting anyone to catch Guo Jia's disease by accident.

He even burned a bit of his desk which he loved since he brought it to Puyang from Zhending. He sent Guo Jia away and everyone outside was thinking that Yun healed him completely since Guo Jia seemed like a changed man.

Huang Xu wasn't surprised by it as he opened his palm and a pouch full of coins wandered into it from Pang Tong's hands. Pang Tong was sure that Guo Jia was a goner just by going how he looked but Huang Xu was quick in carrying Guo Jia to the mansion.

They all left following Guo Jia and Yun returned to what he wanted to do before they carried Guo Jia into the room which was to talk to his twins.

He walked out of the mansion knowing that neither Fang nor Mulan would stay still. Yun went to the training ground finding Fang sparing against his uncle while Mulan and Huixiu were training their skills with the bow.

Yun tried to keep a low profile but his intent failed the moment a group of his soldiers saw him. They stopped training as they made space for Yun to get through which annoyed Yun a bit since he just wanted to see his children.

He approaches Fang and Hua which made Hua turn a bit pale thinking that Yun was seeking him out because of what he brought back from Ye but Yun stopped before Fang which made Hua sigh in relief because he wasn't his brother's target.

Fang didn't know what was going on as he was met with his father's cold eyes which were filled with disappointment. Yun learned from his mother how to do those eyes knowing that they would work on his children since they worked on him.

Fang didn't know what to do when he heard, "I am disappointed about your behavior in the last few days. She was forced to come here and you are being this cold to someone who had nothing to say in this matter. It isn't like you have to marry her. It is I who has to deal with all of this because of my mistake of leaving it in the hands of your uncles."

Yun then showed Fang his back and says, "But still I would have thought that you would understand your grandmother since she took this decision for Yang and nobody else but him."

Fang couldn't even look at his father's back as he walked away making Hua the person to cheer him up after Yun's lecture since he heard his share of lectures from his older brother.

Yun walked towards Mulan and Huixiu. Huixiu saw her fiancee emotionally destroyed when she came face to face with Yun's ultimate weapon. She felt like she had disappointed him in some way only to see him stop before Mulan.

He was about to give the same lecture to Mulan as well when he thought of a better one and he says, "You know, the woman that you are shunning with your coldness could have been you if I was just like the Yuan Clan. You might have married some old geezer with power just so our family could soar and enjoy an even more luxurious life than we are living now."

Yun then turned around showing her his back before saying, "You are only promised to Sun Quan because you were lucky to be my daughter. If you were someone else's daughter you wouldn't even get near him. Think about that the next time you see Zhen Luo."

Yun then leaves her behind as well making his own daughter cry as he leaves while Huixiu was trying to cheer Mulan up.

'Was I too hard on them?' asks Yun himself as he leaves the training field before he thought determined, 'No, it had to be done. It is better that I do this now than when they are made names.'

Yun then returned to the manor to continue planning his trip and how to cure Guo Jia in the next few days since Guo Jia would become one of his cornerstones in the future.
