¬ FASHIRE

I came to in steep darkness and gasped, struggling to inhale. My heart thrashed in my chest as a rattling chill and excitement coursed through my veins.

This was the second time.

The second time I nearly died.

My desperation hadn't even been enough but it was still surprising how I hadn't even given up. And Hiln had come along. It was a faint slip, a very faint one and I took hold of the opportunity.

But not without a cost.
