DC: Parademon

What happens when you are thrown into the wrong world? Was Reincarnation really as worth it as most protagonists make it out to be? This is the story of a man thrown into another world and placed in a nigh-impossible situation. His escape is certain, but shall he rise as we all expect him to? .... I only own my OC and also don't hold this Fan fiction as a standard for DC lore as I will make up most of them to make up for my lack of knowledge in some areas. .... Alien Samurai

After that, some tests were conducted to confirm that the New Box worked as well as he had hoped. This time, it did not take as long as he expected. A few days later, Maxwell could be seen floating high above his city.

It was, truthfully, the only habitable part of this planet. He had terraformed most of it, but that was only to ensure that life could thrive on the planet.

However, there were no trees, plants, or even shrubs growing. There wasn't as much as an insect anywhere on the planet.

It was a strange thing to think about since it meant he was truly alone on this planet. No normal person would ever want such a place, but he wasn't exactly normal to begin with.

His thousands of years of waiting within the core programming of the Parademon had long since made him accustomed to loneliness. To be honest, he sort of preferred it after all he had been through.

"Guess this is where I rush out to become a force of good in the Universe," Maxwell thought.

He had committed a lot of sins against countless worlds and families over the many years of his dormant wait. He may not have been the one in control, but he had long since figured out a way to break out of it.

He had used the excuse of the higher-ups being present, but he had just cleared out those very same higher-ups. He was never wary of them; rather, he feared finally owning the hands that had destroyed trillions.

His heart was heavy thinking about this. A major example of this was this planet. Drusia had given him everything he had today, and he could have stopped its destruction but didn't, just because he was waiting for the right time.

Hum.

"I know, I know, the past is the past," Maxwell replied as he chuckled.

It would seem that the New Box had a sense of humor. Thanks to the New Box, he managed to draw himself out of his minor depression. However, he had made up his mind to screw Darkseid up as much as possible, so he might as well do some good for other worlds when he could.

"First, we create a force to use," Maxwell said as he manipulated the New Box into becoming a thin, sci-fi-looking conical hat.

With a great smile, he put on the hat, knowing that it would make him look like a samurai... well, an alien sci-fi samurai. As soon as the hat touched his head, he felt a weird calmness overwhelm him.

It felt as though he had transcended beyond mortal worries for some reason, and his mind cleared up. The evolutionary fire of the Sage Force, which raged infinitely within him, seemed to have been tamed almost instantly.

He felt a lot more power within himself than even he knew he had. The New Box not only helped improve his control but also purified the Sage Force he received through the Drusians.

"This is intoxicating," Maxwell said before he began bringing his thoughts to reality.

Many would call it reality manipulation, but he knew that it was just advanced matter manipulation. The New Box offered insights on how to use his power, and he took those insights.

First, a new set of clothing appeared on his body, initially a simple shirt and trousers, but remembering the aesthetics he had going on, he simply changed that into some robes.

Since he already had the hat, he might as well make himself look like a full alien samurai. It was a ridiculous look, but who could stop him or criticize him for it?
