Chapter 188: Backup

"Alfred, I need a view from satellite."

Batman's cold voice echoed inside the Batmobile, which resembled a battering tank and raced through the city at tremendous speed.

The Batmobile was recently upgraded with the latest global technologies and a powerful energy source acquired from LuthorCorp.

"Done, Master Wayne. I should note that superhumans from all over the Earth have started to engage these creatures, so this time, you are definitely not alone."

Alfred said.

At that moment, the terminal in the car displayed the city from a satellite's vantage point.

This allowed him to quickly locate the groups of these demons attacking people.

There had already been countless casualties as everything happened too suddenly and in multiple locations.

Batman couldn't assist in Central City or France, where these creatures had also appeared.

The demon was immediately under fire.

At that moment, Batman's hand trembled because he didn't want to kill... but the image of Alfred dying and his protégé flashed before his eyes.

Batman's heart clenched, but his will wouldn't let him hesitate.

The Batmobile quickly sped between several demons and shot them, but the damage was small this time.

"Kill!"

The demon screamed in somewhat comprehensible language, and superheroes landed on top of it.

This one had a different color scheme and appeared slightly larger than the others.

It managed to crush the creature, breaking many of its bones and spine.

An axe from another creature struck the robot, but it got stuck in a barrier that momentarily appeared around the machine.

"Master Wayne, I believe closer cooperation with LuthorCorp would be beneficial... particularly in situations like these."

Alfred said with concern.

It's understandable because these creatures... They must not be allowed to take the city.

It wasn't hard to understand where they got such technology.

At the same time, a seven-meter-tall demon showed its teeth and got ready to jump when a huge icicle fell from the sky and went right through it.

Then a white-haired girl gently descended like a feather, her eyes glowing light blue and smoking red embers visible inside.

"Summon!"

Winter exclaimed, and snow-white glyphs appeared on the ground while forming creatures from white light.

A massive snow-white bear, standing six meters with a bone mask on its face, a dozen wolf-like creatures, a hundred winged humanoid figures that once were Paradooms.

Some of these beings had dancing flames around their paws or hands, a freezing cold emanating vapor, and crackling electricity on their fur.

They all immediately charged at the demons to tear them to pieces and rescue the civilians who hadn't managed to escape.

This would be a terrifying sight for an ordinary person, but these snow-white creatures were saviors in this situation.

"What a Soul! It will be mine!"

Baal-Satyr exclaimed who once served under Neron.

Baal-Satyr had a humanoid upper body with branched horns and the legs of an insect, and his skin was gray with bone protrusions sticking out from his back.

Hermione's powerful spell erupted from her hands.

Cortana nodded.

"Zatanna will be here soon to teleport us to the right place, so be prepared."

She warned everyone.

Tony is fighting Spectre right now, and their task is to handle things here.

She had seen the start of the battle and the terrifying destruction through satellite images... she would do everything in her power to stop the Crime Syndicate for the sake of her beloved Master.

That's why she contacted the Guardians, made from the Metal of the Gods... they might need such help.
