The Prophecy

A wide smile crept onto Oshim's face atop the mountain. It had been done; the prophecy had been fulfilled, and now no harm shall befall them, for the demon would no longer rule and dominate them.

In all seven Kingdoms, the people let go of their hate, their resentment toward one another, and now peace reigned. The seven had completed their work: the peacemaker had brought the people together, and the ruler had traveled to all seven Kingdoms, proclaiming the good news of a new nation.

The sound of the dun dun drum sound reverberated in the air as birds flew past houses, announcing that the occasion had begun.

"Hurry, hurry," a mother held her daughter's hand - the same daughter she had warned against staring at Safiya because she had been a disgrace to their kind. Now she was urging this girl to go see the ones who had brought peace to their world.
