Chapter - 3. Beginning

Sarah and John walked towards home, while the tears accumulated in Sarah's eyes has already drained leaving stains on her face.

John saw this stain and started laughing. Sarah lost all her sadness in the laughing and forgot about the incident.

Both of them reached near their home went separately into their street while saying goodbye.

John was happy he found a good friend in this new place. John returned home only to see an empty house. John knows Samuel will be not there for 3 days due to a business trip. John had a coffee enjoying the orange clouds during sunset. John sat in the chair for a while enjoying the sunset. Later, one can see a person sleeping soundly in a reclining chair. John fell asleep and woke up around 8 pm. Washing his face he moved towards the kitchen to prepare dinner and had a simple dinner.

John wasn't sleepy when he went to sleep but forced himself to.

In an apartment miles away from green lake street.

Charles, Robin, and Karon can be seen having drinks while discussing something.

Charles – "I think, she didn't learn her lesson."

Robin – "Why are you bringing her matter again? Do we need to involve with her again?"

Karon – "Charles you played with her once. Just forgot about her."

Charles – "No, how dare she appears near me? She is just a lowly thing that should bend to my will."

Karon – "Whatever. If you want to do something do that but don't leave a clue. I don't want to enter the court and police station again."

Charles – "Don't worry. This time she will be not alive to give a complaint against us. Haha."

Then, they heard a voice coming behind them.

#### - "Then, how should I punish you?"

Three of them were shocked to hear the voice of another person, turned their head towards the dark corner only to see a red eye moving towards them. Little the shadow was filled with the moonlight that shine through the large glass wall.

Fear started to cover their eyes as they saw a giant 8'9" height with red eyes walking towards them. Fear made them unable to move from their place. It was an illusion and there stood a man with medium length black hair with a crimson red-coloured eye. With a cold face filled with handsomeness. The height of 184 cm with a well lean body filled with muscles. His age was around 23 and a dark aura emitted from his body. He was one Charles saw with Sarah today – John Hames. John was manipulating the minds of three using his newly obtained ability and filled their minds with fear.

John – "Shall we start a new game?"

Sound of horror, pain, fear, agony filled the room of three.

Next morning.

A group of policemen, reporters, and a crowd can see around the home where the three of them were planning yesterday.

James asked Leo – "What happened to them?"

Leo – "From the circumstantial evidence we got. These three were involved in a fight, where they killed each other by stabbing each other. Finally, lead to death.

James – "Did you find any evidence about the presence of another person?"

Leo – "No, we didn't. It is mostly due to the influence of drugs. We can verify it later."

James – "Okay, continue with the investigation."

James went outside the house to see the parents of three waiting outside. Tiredness can be seen in their face, as they are cried with sadness.

James – "Do you know about anything, that can fight between your children? As the fight between led to the death."

Parents of three reject the idea. Because they know that the three are best friends from childhood.

James can only shake his head. James then did a common investigation routine from them and moved towards the police station without a doubt. James found the death of three to be not that simple, and he thought there were some mysteries in their death. He found their death to be strange. As the body of three shows a well-prepared fight with no regret like they are executing themselves for a crime they did.

James knows these three are responsible for the rape case last month, but without proper evidence, they escaped from the case. Now their death shows the revenge of someone. James decided to call Sarah for an investigation, as he don't want to take any chances.

In afternoon.

Sarah was shocked to be called by the police. But she went there unwillingly, John tagged along with her. As John was planning to search for a job with Sarah today.

James was a little shocked to find John with Sarah but didn't care about that. Because he knows that John lives in Sarah's neighbourhood. It is not impossible for the two of them to know each other.

Sarah was bought into the investigation room, while John waited outside.

James – "When is the last time you saw these three: Charles, Karon, and Robin?"

Sarah with fear in her eyes said, "I saw Charles yesterday in a restaurant. While other two I last saw them in the court."

James – "Where are you yesterday from 9 pm to 12 am?"

Sarah – "I am at home, a security camera near my home can prove it."

James – "Okay, it is a normal investigation. As these three were found dead in a house."

Sarah was surprised to hear that. But fear in her heart started to dissipate. When she came out of the investigation room the expression of relief can be seen on her face.

John who saw that also had a small grin on the corner of his face remembering last night.

Last month.

John was surprised to find his father was the person responsible for his mothers' death. He was lost and wanted to bring justice to his mother. But reality proved that it is impossible to bring justice to his mother legally through law. But he didn't have the strength or ability to do that.

But everything changed on the night where he had an accident like his mother. But luckily, he escaped with a minimum skin injury. It is not because the accident was minor, but he attained something no one will think of. In the accident, even the remains of the car were not even entirely found, then you can expect the level of accident it should be.

John also saw death, but everything changed when he fell into the cliff thrown away through the windshield and crashed near a mysterious black box. His blood got absorbed by it and he attained new abilities.

While he was still in hospital his step-brother was arrested for the murder of John's father and step-mother. His step-brother stabbed two of them with a knife to death. Later he lost his mind and found committed suicide in the prison. No one know that John was responsible for their cruel death.

Present.

John was walking beside Sarah who was lost in her thoughts.

John called in mind – "System, Show me the progress."

John can only smile seeing this. He didn't think of himself as God of punishment or something. But he wanted to punish the evil people of this world. He already found his next target of punishment as he can see the evilness in status visible in front of them. The parents of three were his next target of punishment.

In-villa family of three were having a conversation in the living room regarding their son's death. The innocent face seen in the police station was replaced with evil threatening parents of the other two and blaming them for the death of their son.

A shadow of a giant can be seen floating on the top of the villa.

A few minutes later.

A fire burning the villa can be seen in the darkness filled night. Firefighters and ambulances rushed to the villa, but the family of three died in the fire. This will be a hot topic for a week.

Next morning.

John was seeing his progress and his new ability.

A smile can be seen on John's face, as with his previous strength he was not able to maintain the flight for long period. Now with superhuman strength, he has strength like superman. John also doesn't about the system clearly, as most of the function seems to be inactive for now.

John prepared himself to move towards the next stage of the judgement. He needed a proper suit to cover his identity, it was solved with the new dark suit he got for getting additional 2 evil kills. He killed 6 but got a suit for 2 evil kills. John decided to make his move only during nighttime to avoid most troubles. As he can't just avoid varying of being caught by the government during the early stages. This night is the starting point of a new era where evil will fear the dark and the start of the "Era of darkness".
