I Worked Hard to Look This Good!

"Oi! You stopped me from completing my dream you know!" The previously sad looking chubby guy said as he pointed at me, he must have been told by Okura that I was the giant that fought the Kaiju.

"Your dream?" I couldn't help but ask all while I noticed Jiji poking at the out cold Kaiju with a stick.

"Yes! I always dreamed of piloting a Mecha and being able to enjoy a great fight between a Kaiju and Mecha! How are you going to make up for this?!" He seemed both genuinely upset and pissed he couldn't be apart of a mecha/kaiju battle himself.

*THWACK!*

"Would you just shut the hell up! Your piloting was garbage! Me and Aira nearly threw up cause of your shitty driving!" Momo shouted out at him after snaking him around while he curled up in a ball as she and the girl I assumed was Aria kept kicking him.

"Ayase-san! Please don't treat Sakata like a punching bag!" Okura couldn't help but say as he went to go pull them away from the Sakata guy so he wouldn't be beaten up anymore.

"…. Is that normal?" I ask Jiji who stopped poking at the down Kaiju suit to walk up by me.

"Dunno, I only got to know Kinny recently, but I feel this will happen some more, what ya gonna do?" He said while striking a pose and making a weird face at the end, making it clear he isn't stupid but rather very eccentric.

*KKKKSSSSSSHHHHH!!!!*

Suddenly I turned to see steam coming out of the suit along with the sound of a zipper being undone making me approach it in surprise while everyone else stopped what they were doing to look and see what was happening.

"What the…. It's a girl….?" I say in surprise as I see under the suit was what looked like a human girl wearing a body suit similar to the suits in evangelion, the only thing that seemed off about her was the two antennas on her head.

She groaned a bit before slowly opening her eyes and looking up at me who was leaning over her as the others came on over to look to.

"Hey, your finally awa- MPHM!!" I suddenly got cut off as she pulled herself up by grabbing my shirt and forcibly kissing me making me widen my eyes in surprise while shocking the others watching as well before I pulled away confused as to what was happening.

"Oi! Pretty number 2! Are you just trying to show off to me or something?!" The chubby guy, who's real name is Kenta or kinny when Jiji calls him that, grabbed my shirt before shaking me back and forth while tears were streaming down his eyes.

My eye twitched a bit before I head chopped him hard, making him let go of my jacket as I fixed my collar, "The hells your deal? I don't know what's going on either, so stop jumping to conclusions!" I couldn't help but say angrily making him cower a bit as a result.

"Guh! Handsome guys always steal the girl! This isn't fair!" He said while holding his head and sobbing, but I saw an overlap with my old body look before I went out of my way to get healthy and lose weight, and if I was lazy and didn't try to improve I would have definitely stayed fat.

"For your information I had to work my ass off for well over a year of extremely harsh training just to be fit and thin! And guess what! I was a chubby water balloon of a guy who only cared about junk food, manga and anime before I became how I look today! I wasn't even handsome until the end of my last year of middle school! So I don't want to hear it!" I couldn't help but say angrily while Jiji and Okura got between us.

"You guys got to calm down!" (Okura)

"Kinny, Fumi! You two need to take a chill pill!" (Jiji)

"Don't give me that crap! I don't believe it that you looked like a fat guy only up until recently!" (Kenta)

"Okay fine! I'll prove it right now then!" I don't know why this was getting to me so much but I guess I see a lot of my old self, when I was still fat and not so confident in my looks when I arrived in this world.

So I backed of before putting my thumb in my mouth and began to blow into it while imagining my old size once more.

And to the shock and surprise of everyone my body puffed up before my body soon returned to my old fat self once more.

"There! Once again let my reintroduce myself! I am Hifumi Yamada! The Ultimate Highschool level Mangaka!" I said as I fixed my glasses, but as I didn't want to stay like this I grit my teeth, flexed my muscles and slowly returned to my normal looks once more.

"Now then! I don't want to hear it about who is and isn't handsome and how lucky I am for my looks! I had to work to look this good or else the guy you would have met today would have looked like that instead!" I said pointing at Kenta who collapsed and fell to his knees while it looked like the life was pulled out of him.

"Yamada-san" I hear Okura say but I hold up my hand to him.

"Nope, Yamada-san is what you call my old man, I'm not going to respond to anything you say unless you call me Hifumi, and I'm not taking no for an answer." I say crossing my arms as unless it's for business purposes I don't like it when people call me by my family name, especially when I'm not particularly close to my 'parents' and 'Big Sister'

"…. Hifumi….-san, don't you think that was a bit much?" Okura said but I shook my head.

"Nope, what I did was give him a wake up call, I looked worse than him looks wise, at least I believe I looked worse than he does now, and as thus if he wants to get good looks and become a hot looking guy like me then he needs to work for it, if not then he has no right to complain about others looking better than him." I say keeping my stance firm on this.

Though while this argument was happening Momo and Aria were trying to talk with the alien girl, not having any issues with her as she made it obvious she wasn't going to be a love rival to them for Okrua's affection.

"Ugh! Ahh man! We can even understand each other like this!" I heard Momo say in frustration as both her and Aria can't figure out what the alien girl is trying to say.

I couldn't help but sigh as I walked over while ignoring the depressed Kenta, "Let's get back on track then and figure out what is going on."

I had many questions to ask and hopefully soon enough I could some answers out of this strange alien girl.
