Is He Losing Power?
Bob/ Robert then steps away from the meeting room.
"When are you coming back, Bob?" An officer yells from the meeting room. But by the time that officer asks that, Robert is already gone.
Once outside the building and on the street, Robert starts to run at his mildest speed, which is still faster than average person's pace.
Fortunately, Rosanne's neighborhood isn't too far from the headquarter. Robert climbs up the stairs and knocks on Rosanne's door.
He has not brought the Chinese ghosts in his head with him today, otherwise he would've asked them to check if Rosanne is OK inside.
"Rosanne?"
No response.
Robert doesn't want to have to break her door, because he can. He'd like to think on the bright side. Maybe she is in the bathroom and can't hear him yelling.
He takes the phone out of his pocket and dials her number.
She's not answering.
