Memories of the Past - Part 2

*Few weeks after raid*

-Jacob, Blade, Aura and other nomads were in camp while Jesse and Sadra were looking for some buyer so they can sell what they stole.

"What a hot day." Jacob said and took off his T-shirt while Aura was sitting next to him licking Ice cream. Jacob looked at Aura, she was so small something like loli. Jacob asked her "Did they called you or text you?" "No." Aura replied while still licking her ice cream, Jacob look away and stood up "They are out there almost week and they still didn't even contacted us. I hope they are alright." Jacob said to himself and left to get something to drink, while he was drinking some car came, everyone who noticed looked at car waiting who will gets off the car.

Sandra got out from a car and yelled "ITS FUCKING HOT!" and threw something on the ground, Jacob came to Sandra and asked "Finally, so how did it went? And did you heard about Jesse?" Sandra took her T-shirt off, walked past Jacob, took his drink and drunk it all. "That's better." She said and threw away the empy bottle. Jacob was still holding the now invisible bottle in his hand, looked at it and sighed. "I didn't had any luck, I almost got killed by some gangsters, so I killed them all instead." Sandra said absolutely calmly while she was cleaning her gun. When she looked at Jacob, the look on his face was serious, "I get it, I get it, I don't know where he is or what is he doing so chill out dude." Sandra said, "Alright thank you." Jacob said and left, Jesse was his best friend, their were like brothers so it was only natural that Jacob was worried about him.

-Next day-

Next day Jesse came back and Jacob tried to punch him to stomach but he dodged and laughed at Jacob who was pissed off because of it. But Jesse looked different, not like nomad but like gangster from Night City, his clothes, car, hair style changes. He didn't had long hair anymore, Jacob noticed it with few other members as well that Jesse was different. Jesse called meeting and everyone came, "Do you bring anything new besides you new outfit?" Blade said looking up and down at Jesse, Jesse just smiled a little and said " Of course, I found a buyer." Everyone was curious about what is going to Jesse say next, "It's gang in some district called Watson, they said they are number two there so I suppose they're good buyers." Jesse said, everyone was quiet and looked at Sandra, "What are you looking at fuckers, I got nothing." She said.

Everyone knew that they must go with Jesses way, "When we will deliver them out cargo?" Blade asked, "Firstly, they will come here and they will check it if its worth to buy or not." Jesse replied, but not everyone was happy about it, some strangers will came to our camp to just take a look? There was something fishy about this and everyone knew, but they remain quiet, why? They were so low on supplies that the food and water they had left would not last for end of the week. So they didn't had another option left just this, so everyone agreed. When Jesse was leaving he said that he'll be back in few days. Blade didn't like it so he told everyone to prepare. Few days had past and three cars came near the nomad camp, nomads were ready and already standing in front of the camp and behind them was cargo full of weapons and other stuff, the gang came headed by Jesse, they were standing against each other.

Next to Jesse was Masao the leader of the gang, on nomad side Blade was in front and next him was Sandra, and Jacob was somewhere in nomad crowd. Masao who was dressed in suit and with licked hair took step forward, "Let's begin our negotiation." Masao said, Blade also took step forward so he was almost face to face with Masao, "Start then." Blade said looking down on Masao, Masao looked like a midget compared to Blade who was almost twice big as him. "You have weapons, we have eddies. But first we need to see some good pieces before we buy something." Masao said with smile on his face while looking up to Blade, Blade then looked at nomads, particulary at Jacob, Jacob nod his head and went to truck to pick some guns, when he came back he had three guns in his hands, first was DB-2 SATARA Shotgun second was NEKOMATA Sniper rifle and third one was OVERTURE Revolver.

Two of Masaos men came closer, forward to inspect guns Jacob was holding. They took the big guns and Jacob gave Masao one. While Jacob was holding barel of the gun, Masao took gun from other side, he put his finger on the trigger and then he pull it and gun made click sound because there was no amunition in it. Everyone from nomad family was pissed off, Jacob was looking at Masaos hand and then on his face giving him death stare, then Masao took gun from Jacob, "It's not loaded, you are not that dumb like I was thinking." Masao said then inspected the gun. After that the two of the Masaos men who were inspecting guns that Jacob gave them, told something to Masao, "The guns seems to be in very good condition so we will take them all." Masao said, then he pointed at trucks and some of his men went to take them, then Masao reached is hand and said, "Happy to do business with you." And wanted to shake hands with Blade but said only one thing, "Pay us and get the fuck off." Masao smiled and paid him, before they left Jacob went to Jesse.

"So you are coming back, right?" Jacob asked him, but Jesse looked nervous, "Well, about that.... I'm leaving the family." Jesse said, Jacob was standing but without thinking he punched Jesse pretty hard and Jesse felt to the ground, "Why man? Why do you leaving family? We are fucking family you can't just leave uz!" Jacob said and he was frustrated, Jesse stood up and looked at Jacob, "This is how I decided and I won't change it. But you can go with me, join the gang leave this shitty family behind, unchain yourself and became legend!" Jesse said, "Leave it? No thank you, you are like brother to me but I won't go with you." Jacob said, "I understand, you're like brother to me too Jacob." Jesse said, "But if you need help be free to let me know I will come help you, because we are still family." Jacob said with smile on his face and reached his hand, Jesse took Jacob's hand and they shaked them. After that Jesse left with his new gang and Jacob stayed in his nomad family.

Jacob told everyone about Jesse and what he did, everyone was angry, but Jacob and Blade stopped them to hunt down Jesse, Blade said that any interaction with Jesse will lead them to kicking them out of the family. Some weeks has passed and everything in family was back to normal. They had money, food, water and everything they needed but Jacob didn't had his brother. One day it was heavily raining outside and Aura came to Jacob and told him that she got message from Jesse, to come to this place that he needed an urgent help. Jacob asked about the location where is it but he still wouldn't know because he was never in Night City, so he went to ask Blade for help but Blade yelled at him and told him if he go to help Jesse he will be kicked out of the family. "The fuck you are talking about Blade he needs OUR help! You can't just leave him and don't do nothing." Jacob yelled at Blade, "It was his choice to leave so he is NOT part of us anymore." Blade said, "Fuck you and your rules I'm going to help im." Jacob said, "If you go you will not be part of us anymore." Blade said, Jacob didn't said anything he just left, he went to his stash to grab his shotgun and jacket.

He took the nearest car he found and when he was trying to start it up Aura got in car too, Jacob was suprised "What are you doing here?" He asked, Aura looked at him and said "You don't even know where to go, so I will help you.", "But you know you will be kicked out from family too?" Jacob said, "I know don't worry about it and go, I will navigate you." Aura replied, and Jacob started up engine and went to the place where Aura told him. It was still raining outside when they came to Northside Industrial District in Watson. They got out from the car, Jacob was holding his shotgun and Aura holding her smart pistol. "Let's go in." Jacob said, they were in front of warehouse, were one guy was guarded the entrance, "What the hell are you doing here?! Fuck off this is private property." Guard yelled, Jacob got closer "I don't care bitch." he said and shoot him with shotgun totaly tearing him apart. Aura then hacked door, they got in and shit fest began.

Jacob was everything that moved while Aura was in main room and was gathering information where Jesse could be, It took few minutes but Aura found out where he is he, when she came out everyone was dead she was suprised that some like Jacob without any cyberware did something like this, Aura told Jacob where Jesse was but when they came there, It was large room and in middle was operating table on that table was Jesse, dead and torn apart and all his cyberware was missing, Aura was terrified, but Jacob bit his lower lip that much that it's started to bleed and he started crying, "FUUUUCK!" Jacob yelled, "Let's leave.." Jacob said turned around, when turned he saw somebody behind Aura, "AURA BEHIND YOU....." Right after he said it, someone pierced Auras heart with katana, she coughed blood, she had tears in her eyes, Aura looked at Jacob but he was frozen he could not do anything. The unknown guy pulled out his katana from Aura and she fell to the ground and died.

"AURAA!!" Jacob yelled, aimed his shotgun and shoot but the unknown guy dodge it. It was like he disappeared, then he was infront of Jacob not stabing him or cutting but punching him, the punch send him flying and he hitted the table where Jesse dead body was lying , Jacob stood up he don't have his weapon anymore, "I will kill you, you will pay no matter what." Jacob said while his tears were running down his face, he was so pissed off he would kill anything or anybody at the moment, the other guy who had covered face and was pretty slim raised his hands, "I will fuck you up." Jacob said and raised his hands too. But before he could do anything he was knocked out by the unknown guy, he wanted to kill him but then some woman came, "Kare o korosanaide kudasai!"(Dont kill him!), the woman who said it was Hiro, "Hyottoshitara nanika no yakunitatsu kamo."(Maybe he will be useful for something.) Hiro said and showed her man to toss him outside.

Jacob woke up in garbage can with nothing, in one night he lost his friend his brother and his family too. He got off the garbage and it was still raining. With nothing and in City he never been in, he just started walking with goal on his mind.

"And that's pretty much all, after that Hiro found me and now I'm here." Jacob said to Dyson, "You been through a lot, don't worry we find what you're looking for." Dyson tried to encourage Jacob. Then Delamain stopped him, "Mr. Dyson, we arrived in your destination." Delamain said, "Alright let's get off." Dyson said, "Thank you for choosing Delamain company. Have a nice day." Delamain said and Jacob and Dyson got off. They were now in front of Afterlife, Jacob asked "So who we are going to meet?" and Dyson replied, "One particular man who is leader of certain cyberpunk group." Do you know his name?" Jacob asked and Dyson replied, "Of course I know it, his name is Maine."
