Albert is Useful

Me and Dorothy walked out of the restaurant as I held Dorothy's hand.

Dorothy said, " How are you so powerful?"

I proudly said "I am built differently"

I suddenly heard the air buzzing and saw a hand coming from the sky and heavens and that hand landed at the back of my head.

I looked at Dorothy with fake terror and said "Why!?"

Dorothy started laughing and she said "Yeah you're built like a monkey that's why now tell me the truth"

I said embarrassingly " I have started going to the gym what do you expect? "

Dorothy said " Ohhh... but I don't see any changes in you; you still look like your old chubby self " and started pinching my cheek.

My patience ran out and help her arm and said " Ohh now you done" and started tickling her below her waist and she immediately started laughing

"haha s-stop .. haha hahaha"

Finally, she said "I admit defeat, I admit defeat" and I let go.

We kept chatting as we walked and suddenly I asked her "Why were you not answering the phone calls this week"

Dorothy looked at me and said " I don't know maybe I didn't check my phone duh"

I laughed lightly and said "Really Dorothy, that's the best excuse you can create. I know you since I was in college, if you misplace or lose your phone you go berserk"

I continued "You know very well that I can catch you lying even with my eyes closed"

Dorothy looked down and didn't answer my question

" Come on Dorothy tell me, you know I would help you even if it's not my power to help you "

Dorothy hesitated for a moment and said " Actually you already know that my father works at the Sterling technology company in the southerland district of Somerland.

He worked on a large project that was scheduled to be launched in 2025 but something happened and my father was accused of sabotaging the project and was framed.

The one who framed my father is John Mitly. He's one of Don Alberts's lapdogs and he works at sterling technology as a supervisor of the project.

"Don Albert's Lapdog you say"

Dorothy looked at and suddenly she understood

"Don't you dare!"

I laughed and took out the card that Albert left behind and called him

Don Albert received the call and said " Hello who the hell calls me at this time"

I said coldly " You have become bold aren't you Albert "

Albert froze and his back was covered with sweat

He said" s-sir Danial you called me. I mean I m at your service "

I said" let's meet and talk Albert, I have many questions for you "

Albert's hand and body trembled and he said " please order Sir and I will fulfill"

"Meet me at the park then we'll talk"

I hanged the phone and said to Dorothy with a smile "Let's go and meet him he might help you solve the problem."

Dorothy waved her hand and said " You don't have to do it Danial."

I kept silent took her hand and headed to the park
