The middle-aged man stood in front of the two-story house outside the gate, which was the Matsumoto residence.
The street was quiet. The street lights were turned on.
He was following a girl who had led him to a two-story house. The man stood outside the gate to the entrance.
"A simple gate lock" the man had said as he inspected the gate.
He placed the suitcase on the floor.
The man stared at the two-story house.
"Disperse"
The suitcase began to melt away as if it were peeling apart.
As the pieces began melting away, they began floating in the air. Soon, the scattered pieces of metallic liquid began to attach to each other, creating a round object no bigger than a basketball.
"Unlock"
The metal liquid ball began to shrink and stretch itself thin. It wormed itself into the keyhole of the gate.
There was silence, followed by a clink from the gate lock.
"Disperse," the man said in a calm voice.
The liquid metal began to worm itself out of the keyhole. The man held out his palm as the metal began to form into a sphere.
The man pushed open the gate to the house.
