*Sample vowel sounds:

---> /ä/ - drop jaw sound

---> ə - shwa sound (but, some, mother, and of "uhv")

--->/ee/ - long e sound

--->/i/ - short i sound ( kit, sit)

--->/o/ - long o sound (flow, frog)

--->/u/ - long u sound (fool, who, soon, two)
