Cosmic Cultivation

Year 2033 The time the game came out, the world was taken by storm. 'Realm of Immortals' changed things for everyone. It was a game where anyone can be anything, a villain, a prince in shining armor, or a blacksmith. It was the first full-dive game, a revolution to technology. But... the world of that game favours the strong, so all players are pumped up to play it with it's realistic feature; calling it a second world would not be far off. Silas, an extraordinary 19 year old man who works at a bank and buys the game to pass away time and have fun, finds himself as the weakest player inside the realistic cultivation MMO. He was mad, he was angry, he just wanted to have fun, even the NPCs in the game harass and make fun of him. What led to this... He couldn't use Qi... The energy which all cultivators use to grow stronger... He was about to quit the game, when a glitch happened, a dark force was able to infiltrate the system, and Silas found himself in a forbidden place which was hated by the heavens. There, he found his purpose, using an energy that was the opposite of Qi. He gave himself a mission, to change how things were in this so called heavens, and create a better world where everyone isn't always fighting for power. _____ TAGS:- Assasin, reincarnation, gods, cultivation, martial arts, smart MC, Weak to overpowered, villain, virtual reality, video games. ___ My other books; Vampire god in the apocalypse, Lord MMORPG: The demon progenitor. 12. The evil

Kyle's eyes were open wide as he saw the state of the entire squad they sent out. Most of them had broken bones and then Kyle ran over to the person who had three elders around him.

"Citan!!" He shouted as he got to the bed to see a young man sitting with his head down.

He had no injuries and Kyle sensed that something was wrong.

"Elder what's wrong with him?" Kyle asked the man beside the bed and he shook his head.

The man had long white hair and was slightly old.

"He has no spirit qi in his body." One of the elders said and Kyle indeed sensed that Citan was didn't have any Qi in his body.

"But how?" Kyle frowned as he was confused.

"I... it's terrifying that s... someone has the ability to do this." One of the sect elders said with a shaky tone.

"Let me take a look." Elder Kom walked forward and then his index finger glowed a golden colour and then he touched Citan's forehead.

The spirit and body we're two different components of a cultivators body. Right now, Elder Kom's qi was travelling around Citan's spirit to see the problem.

Inside the stomach region, instead of seeing the blue core of cultivation, he saw an empty void which pulled his qi in, like a black hole, and Elder Kom removed his finger from Citan's forehead immediately and he started to sweat as he felt the ominous aura of the void within Citan.

Seeing his shocked expression, the other three sect elders looked at Kom for an answer and Elder Kom shook his head as he felt his qi pulled out of him.

'Powerful!' Elder Kom thought as he stood up straight and folded his arms behind him.

"His dantains were broken and his core was devoured by a dark power." Elder Kom said in a calm tone but his fingers behind him betrayed him as they were trembling.

"His dantain? Then he can't cultivate anymore?" Kyle asked with seriousness and Elder Kom nodded.

"Whatever was done to him... It's permanent." Elder Kom clenched his fists behind him and then.

Amongst the elders, a woman with long blue hair and blue fox ears on her head walked towards another student on the next bed with a calm expression.

"Elder Nien." The student said weakly as he adjusted his pillow to sit.

"What exactly did you see when the item was summoned? Was it an item at all?" She asked with a confused look and the other elders came towards the bed.

"It... It wasn't an item. But a gate." The student said and he started to feel pressure from the elders suddenly surrounding him.

"The gate appeared in a tornado of flames and... i... it opened and two people came out of it. A human, and a girl from the beastman race." The boy described them the way he saw them.

"The man was a monster. But he was about to leave after he absorbed the gate into his ring, he and the girl were just mortals with no spirit qi in them."

"Senior Citan tried to talk to him and then when he insulted both him and the Divine lotus' senior, we attacked him."

"And it was our own mistake. The way he moved, the way he fought, even without weapons, he was still as deadly. He was calm the entire time, and he seemed like he was enjoying himself."

"I didn't get to see the little girl in action, but judging from the scratch wounds I saw on senior Citan... She's a monster too."

Hearing about an individual emerging from a strange gate made the elders frown in confusion at first, and hearing about his strange, deadly fighting style made them a bit scared.

"D... did this man have a... any distinctive features?" The third elder who looked scared asked.

Low cut hair, handsome face, and brown eyes. However, he wasn't used to fighting, or being in danger. Perks of being an alchemist.

"Yes, he had short silver hair, and his eyes were purple and sharp, and he wore strange, black clothes." The student said and the elders all breathed out.

"Elder Derek would attend to the injured students." Elder Kom said as he left the sick bay with the other elders.

The elder with low cut hair, elder Derek, then went to bring a rack of test tubes filled with a blue liquid which were healing potions.

Kyle had clenched fists as he heard about the strange man and what he did.

He looked at Citan and saw that Citan was still quiet and couldn't talk, with his head down. He looked lifeless.

His cultivation was everything, yet it was taken from him. He didn't know how Silas did it, but he did it.

'Has the power to destroy a person's cultivation.' Kyle thought as he remembered how Citan was always challenging him.

His rival in the sect and a brother after 3 years. After experiencing so many battles, challenges, and triels together, they had become more than friends.

As the only child of their families, with no siblings, they became their selves' siblings.

"This is so cruel." Kyle said, a cold glint flashed in his eyes and he stood up from the bed and walked out of the sick bay.

'A person like that isn't supposed to exist. He's too dangerous.' Kyle thought and then the students of the sect began chattering and the girls were screaming as they saw him and then he glanced at them and he saw a girl faint at that.

Kyle entered the crowd and they all made a way for him to pass.

'I'll find this guy... And I'll kill him.' Kyle thought as he left the area.

The sect was huge, with different sections where students stay, also serving as a system of hierarchy in the sect. Outer court students don't get too much resources, inner court disciples has more resources and are able to go to a few secret places in the sect and core disciples actively rule the sect along with the sect master and can access everything within the sect except from things the sect master precent them from doing.

Kyle being a core disciples due to his immense talent was enough for everyone to admire him... And his good looks.

Well, main antagonist introduced.
