Heck yes! A sudden warm and milky light swallowed my body, I felt every blood vessel, muscle and organ growing rapidly, but it didn't hurt one bit. It felt a little satisfying instead, a cooling sensation ran through my body.
Within a few minutes, the light dissipated within the dark cavern. I opened my eyes and saw it wasn't impossible to get up like a few minutes ago. I also feel a lot taller than my previous self, it's just a feeling though.
I turned my head to look at my surroundings, it's so dark. That's all I can say about this place, dark. I felt a wet sensation on my neck, I turned to look, but it's too dark to make out what touched me.

After the notification in my mind from the system, it got brighter in this room, I can finally make out what touched me. It was a huge, black panther, at least 4 times taller than the current me, it had 2 huge white horns on its forehead right above its eyes.
If one were to look into its sharp, emerald green eyes, they would be petrified on the spot. I didn't feel petrified because I knew who this mysterious creature was, it was my new mother.
I can't say I didn't feel scared at all, I was terrified, but not on the level where I would just stand still. I avoided her gaze and looked below me to see 3 tiny black ovals next to me, they are my siblings of course.
I am born with a litter of 4 including myself, I can see that they are 3 times smaller than me, but it's because they are not able to stand up yet. I also observe the two tiny bulges coming out on their forehead. They are also growing horns like my new mother.
I carefully step back, away from my newborn siblings and finally enter a movable area. I look back at my mother, she is still looking at me, I can't tell what she is thinking about or her emotions. She is completely blank.
I am still terrified of her when gazing into the abyss that is her eyes, like Friedrich Nietzsche says "if you gaze long enough into an abyss, the abyss will gaze back into you."
She doesn't move and just stares, like a statue. I feel unsettled, I look away and retreat a bit further away and look once again. She is still standing there, unmoving. I retreat back once again, taking my eyes off of her for a second.
When I turned around to look, she disappeared, I felt something prickly on my back and stomach. My feet get lifted off of the cold dirt and see that my mother is holding me with her mouth.
Is this it, am I a goner, I barely arrived on this bizarre planet. No, she is just moving me back to where my siblings are still resting, I think she wants me to stay here and not leave. What a caring mom, I feel less terrified of her and some of my hate towards cats has dissipated within my heart.
I was let down on a spot somewhere next to my siblings and she goes back to her original spot, this time she is laying down instead of standing. She yawns and slowly falls asleep. I could make my getaway right now, but this is an unknown world to me so I will stay near my mother.
I also feel drowsy even though it has been less than an hour since I was put inside this new body. I also notice that the caves are darkening like day and night. It continued to darken until I couldn't see like a couple minutes ago without the night vision skill.
I tried to focus to see my siblings to the side even though I can't see them. I focus with all my might to make out their figures. I still can't see even a meter from my location, it was pitch dark unlike earth which had tons of lights to illuminate the night.
I continued to focus for a few minutes until I got the notification I waited for within my mind to appear.

I see the world around me get brighter by quite a lot, but it still isn't enough, I am surprised that it didn't do the trick. Do I have to get it to level 3? I learned almost all the functions of gaining skills along with leveling them up from the system when I was in my infant body.
I continue to focus, but this time I look over to what I think are the walls, cause I can't see what is what in this darkness. I focused once again for close to 20 minutes, It was unbearably boring, but I persevered until another notification came into my mind.

The world this time got much more bright. Even though it was still a bit dark, I could see what I think is 30 meters from my current location. Satisfied with my improved skill, I sleep like everyone else.
Good night new world, I hope you let me leave as soon as possible. I continue to dream about travelling the galaxy and being a king who is worshipped by every and all living beings. It hasn't been one day and I'm starving for power.
