After the movie, Briar left the cinema with the kids with a smile on her face as she listened to Tiana talking about what had happened with exaggerated actions.
Knowing that she had been paying attention made her happy.
"Let's get some ice cream, second mother," Lyra suggested as she looked at the snack shop selling some.
Briar agreed to that, and the four of them dropped by the shop for a treat.
Some got cones and she bought a cup. She couldn't be seen licking ice cream in public. Where would her face go?
"Where are we going now?" Tiana asked curiously, as she looked at Briar.
Briar, who was in the middle of thinking about something, looked at Tiana with a wry smile, making the little girl's bells ring loudly.
Noticing the girl's reaction, Briar's lips curled upwards as she responded to her, "We are going home!" dashing the little girl's hope of going elsewhere.
