Saviour

Anne shoulders shook uncontrollably, the man looked at her with pity,anger and sadness,his immediate reaction was to hug her as he strokes her hair, she relaxed into his arms, soaking his shirt with her tears creating a wet patch, the man didn't talk as she murmured to herself hitting his chest gently.

When she felt she was okay, she immediately untangled herself from his embrace, clearing her blurry eyes while sniffing and laughing softly, she actually cried in front of a stranger, something she hasn't done in front of stuart,she looked at his shirt and then at him with her eyes filled with guilt.

"am sorry about your shirt,i don't mind washing it for you"the man smiled lightly.

"i might actually take you up on your offer,you know you look really cute when crying"he tried lightening up her mood as she smiled at him.

"my name is Ryan Thomas,i was walking by when i saw flames brewing from a warehouse and i went over to see a frail little girl who was running out of air due to the much inhalation of smoke,i rushed towards her and held her in my arms as she rested on my arms,i untied the ropes and took her outside, straight to the hospital,i was scared that she had died so i looked into her background and found out that she's an orphan with a sister and a fiance,i checked the surveillance cameras in that street and found out that her sister tried to kill her,i felt pity for her and took her to my home where she slept and woke up today."he looked at Anne after telling her all the answers to her questions.

"the person you kept referring to as her was actually me"he nodded as she finally realized that he saved her and she was actually rude to her saviour. She smiled in embarrassment.

"am sorry i was so rude to you earlier before, thank you for saving me,i wish they was something i could do to make us even so if you want something anytime and it's within my power, I'll gladly give you except for my body"she promised with closed eyes.

"what if i ask for your body?"Anne's eyes immediately turned stern as she warily looked at him, he looked at her with an amused face.

"Do you really think I'll ask for your body, with my kind of looks,i could get a woman with a better shape than you"although his words were painful, she felt secure by his words, she was thinking of seeking refuge with him before she can have her revenge on her backstabbing sister.

"I'll hold on to your words and when the time comes, I'll surely ask for something in return"she nodded, since she had promised him, she'll surely stick to her words, although she found it hard to believe him,how coincidental he was at that same street that afternoon, she remembered that the place was an isolated area as she often pass there to go and meet stuart.

She remembered her sister words'your only weakness was trust' which was true, she was really gullible and easy to fool but she'll come back as a bold and fierce swan, she'll slowly ruin them, destroy them in their careers and slowly penetrate their relationship putting potholes in it and make sure they get trapped by it,yes, her biggest mistake was trust but theirs was getting loose, they'll pay with everything they have and she'll only achieve that if she has a strong backing.

But she won't go to any man, Thomas,which family is that, she has heard of that name before.

Remembering where she heard it and who they are, her eyes widened in shock and surprise. "Yo....you are Ryan Thomas,a multi billionaire business man who owns eighty percent of this city,who can make the whole world tremble at his feet, the same man who can reduce a person to the lowest ground or who can remove a person from existence with just a snap of his fingers, the same m..."he was really amused at her change in attitude,he had heard all this praises before but hearing it from Anne, as her beautiful voice sang out his praises,he felt like a new man, seeing she was slowly running out of breath. "slow down,as much as i love hearing praises,i can't let you lose your life, maybe another time"he said cheekily, she stared at him and realized she had been blabbing.

"Sorry,am just a little surprised that the world renowned billionaire and every girls dream actually saved me and brought me to his house"she said the honest truth, she is really suprised, never in her life did she think she would ever meet a Thomas.

"i like girls who are honest,too bad i haven't found a Mrs Thomas yet"he said staring at her intently waiting for her to get his hint, her brain started working as she got an idea. "Mr Thomas or can i call you Ryan"he nodded and waved his hands hinting her to go on. "Can i propose a deal?".
