Please Talk To Me

Sek just stared at his brother. He waited to see what would happen. He waited to see what Ruby would tell Seth that just happened.

So, he folded his arms across his chest and wore a small smile on his face.

Seth who had scowled at his brother without even as little as a glance in the king's direction kept his eyes fixed on Ruby. His hands held Ruby's own even as he stared right into her eyes.

"Talk to me, Princess. What happened? Why did you leave the room without my knowledge? What- who made you cry?" Seth asked. The last question he had asked had come with a facial expression that was so hard that one would think he was about to kill someone.

Ruby hadn't lifted her gaze from her hands all this time.

She shook her head slightly without uttering a word.
