Give Attention

Billy paid close attention to Johan's facial expression, his eyes looked so blank, he was like a confused person. Billy was sure that there was something between Clarissa and her superior, could they have known each other before? Billy didn't even know.

"Sir," Billy called, he dared himself because he had been standing there for a long time, even his legs were tingling. But Johan didn't utter a word either. Instead, he was busy with his thoughts instead of interviewing Billy.

"Eh, yes," Johan immediately regained his senses.

"Excuse me, sir. When does this interview start? Billy asked.

"Now, let's get started. May I see your CV?"

"Here, sir," Billy gave his CV and also Clarissa's.

"Oh so Clarissa lives in The Scotts Tower apartment, not far from here," Johan said in his heart as he read Clarissa's CV. He read every detail in the CV that made Billy have to wait again.

"So how's it going, sir?" Billy asked.
