Why is everyone staring at me?

Huan did not waste any time and rushed to her house and got ready and got ready to get to the house, pulled out a pair of t-shirts and formal pants, and a black blazer to match them, after getting ready she rushed towards the address Nuo gave her and after an hour she was standing in front of the iron gate taking deep breaths calming herself, and pressing the doorbell.

"It's okay, you'll be fine" She tried to calm down, and the guards walk up to the door and looked at her from the peep, she smiled at him, and he pushed the doorknob down and opened the door for her and she walked inside.

"I am here for the job" The guard raised his eyebrows and gives her a little nod staring at her from head to toe and pulled the laptop over and glanced back at her.

Huan did not understand his gaze and looked back at him blankly, he heaved a sigh and sat over the edge of the stand staring at her.

"Your name miss," He said looking at her and she gaped and understood what was expected and nodded her head.

"Oh, yeah right, It's Bei Huan," She said waiting for him, and he gave a nod and pointed at the way and she did not ask anything and walked further and looked around and saw the servants working.

Huan felt a little weird but that was just a fleeting feeling, vanished after seeing Nuo running towards her and she couldn't control her happiness.

"God! Thank you so much!" Huan said pulling her closer and wrapping her arms around her.

"You're welcome," Nuo said taking a deep breath, and it was not hard for Huan to notice it, but she kept quiet for now and walked with her inside the mansion looking around, eyes on her.

"Why is everyone staring at me?" Huan whispered looking at Nuo, she shushed her and grabbed her hand taking her to her quarter's room and locked the room behind her, and sat on the bed looking at each other.

"Listen to me, carefully" Nuo was serious, one wrong move or word would destroy everything, including her job and reputation she was not going to risk that.

"Mhm" Huan hummed looking at her carefully and listening to what she had to tell, she saw this coming, the man she is about to start working is very famous, and every other day he is over the news with his sandals.

"You have to make sure you stay low, you have no other thing to worry about but the child" Nuo reminded and warned her, and Huan listened to her nodding her head "You should never pay attention to the father, I would rather don't even look at him, just stay away from him," She added warning her as every single woman who worked here before her, ended up lying on the bed and seducing Hanbing.

But it was going to be different with Huan they both were aware of, as there is a saying precaution is better than cure and that is exactly what Nuo was trying to remind her.

"Okay, when is the interview?" Huan asks getting up from the bed and Nuo smiled looking at her and she looked at her confused "What?" She asks as the look and smile did not add up.

"You are hired!" Nuo said, her lips curled up in a smile and Huan's eyes lit up in happiness.

"Are you serious, I mean you said it was just an opportunity!" she tried to understand what was happening and Nuo pulled her hands and smiled back at her.

"I am serious, the other nanny left abruptly and the child can not be alone, so they were looking for a woman and I recommended you and they just hired you" Nuo explained to Huan, which she was having a hard time believing.

Huan spent years to find a proper job and she had been interviewing for months after graduating but was never able to land a job, and in just a span of a minute, she was offered a job without an interview.

"So I can start working right away!?" Huan couldn't contain her happiness and was ready to start right away.

Nuo nods her head, but there was something she was hiding from her and she had to tell her that soon but she knew the moment she tells her about it Huan would probably leave the job.
