Special Chapter 09 Lunar Nguyen Part 2

I was shocked when she gave her phone number without thinking wherein Dr. Red was wanted to know her phone number. Dr. Red and Dr. Air left however, she stayed staring at Storm's X-ray. "Nice! They want me to leave this hospital because they are giving me a hard time! CEO Wilton, do you think I'll go back and study all over again? There's no way you can win! That kid Storm will be healed and that Dr. Allie, I will make him do his work 24/7!" she said with full of determination. She turns to look at me. "Lunchtime, right? Come on let's have lunch." She said smiled at me then pulled me out of the room.

"Wait, I need to inform them that I'll be taking my lunch," I said.

She followed me until we reached Radio Department, our head department didn't allow me so I was about to tell her… "Why?" she asked my department head, but he wasn't able to answer. We all stopped because there is something on her smile that no one can decline. My head department signs that I'm allowed to have lunch with her.

We were inside the café in front of the hospital. We are quietly eating when she looked at me. "Sorry, I didn't introduce myself." She said. "I lost my manners earlier… Rackie." She whispers. "I'm Abstract Wrigthood, Rackie for short."

I just nod. "Uhm, can I ask?"

"Sure."

"Are you real?" I asked because that was, what I want to ask, she looks like a doll.

"Of course, you were able to carry me earlier, right?" she replied without looking at me,

"Why do you have Storm as your patient?"

"I don't know. They asked me to do a difficult task. I have a peaceful life being an intern at a public hospital then all of a sudden; they pull me out as if I studied from another country from how they treat me."                               

"Why did they pull you out?"

"I also don't know, they said… the CEO wants me to work at his hospital because my talent would be wasted if I stayed there." She make face after saying that. "What's the connection of my talent to my work? Anyway, that kid should live or else I'll be back from studying, I'll repeat everything I've studied from day one but I didn't know that there will be another problem… that Dr. Allie."

I just nod. What can I say? We ate quietly, sometimes I glance at her, she might be bored with me but she seem to enjoy eating her dessert so I didn't bother. We were about to enter the hospital yet no one wants to break the silence so I told her that I'll be back to my department, she nods. I noticed that she kept on looking at her phone and she seems to be hesitant about what she will do. She pulled my polo; we were still outside the hospital while she was still holding the sleeves of my polo.

"Hi! I'm looking for Dr. Allie." She greeted. "Oh, I mean Dr. Dallience Sullen." She tightly closed her eyes, she seems like she was holding her anger or something. "This is Dr. Abstract Wrighthood." After she said her name, she clicked her tongue. "Hanged up?"

She smiled at me when we finally went inside the hospital then we separated ways. The tone of her voice seems like she's angry but not, she sounds like Jacklyn Jose a Filipino actress, mad but sounds not mad at all? Her eyes earlier are terrifying and fierce.

"Dr. Allie came today, that's a miracle." I heard from the nurse in the hallway.

"Seems like the intern was able to make him come." Another nurse said. "I saw Dr. Rackie earlier she grabbed his collar."

"Whoa! I can smell war."

Dr. Allie is so fast, Dr. Rackie and I was just outside the hospital earlier. I sat at my station after I went inside my department.

"This is not good." I heard from the oldest member of our department. "The intern was able to make the resident doctor come to work. Knowing that Dr. Allie doesn't have patience…"

"It seems that Dr. Rackie can handle him." our department head replied. "We all know Dr. Allie that he won't tolerate everyone but we don't know the intern yet. I was shocked when she pulled Dr. Allie's collar everyone sees and to what I've seen, Dr. Rackie wants to kill Dr. Allie just by looking at him which is actually in a state of shock.

I'm a person who's a quiet type but from what I've heard it seems like I was now a mute because after we separate our ways, she's okay. I mean, she's not mad at all, she smiled at me wherein I will never be immune. It seems that you won't like to be the enemy of Dr. Rackie when in times of serious matter. I felt a shiver and was frightened from the thought.

"But when Dr. Allie pulled her collar, she just smiled at Dr. Allie." I heard our department head say.

"She smiled at him?" they simultaneously ask.

"Yes, and Dr. Allie suddenly let her go. Now, they are in the office of Dr. Art, Dr. Allie is also at fault, he knew that he should come often to check on the VIP patient."

"Oh, is Dr. Allie one of the doctors of that VIP patient?"                               

"Dr. Allie is like Dr. Rackie, he was pulled from a hospital but the difference was, Dr. Allie, is the type of doctor that will command while Dr. Rackie, to my observation, she's the type of person who will do what she needs to do if she can and if allowed by the circumstances, in short, they are both good."

Hmm… now I know why they gave her the case of our VVIP patient, Storm because they saw her potential.

"Lunar, you're the radiologist of Storm, right?" one of the colleagues asks. I nod. "Then, it means…"

I immediately click my buzzer so they all looked at the monitor that was customized for me. "No, it was just I was the available radiologist that moment that's why I was the one they assigned."

"Seems not just because you were available that time." Our department head commented.

I didn't bother to type anymore because they will only tell me that I'm just making a humble statement wherein it was really what happened and I was required to be the radiologist of that kid because it was requested by his parents.
