getting ready to leave

while I was still checking my stats i heard Isabella call my name.

"Mathew, here's some bread and water," Isabella said with a sincere smile.

"Thank you, Isabella," he replied with his own smile.

aspect bit into the bread he'd received from Isabella and almost broke a tooth. "This is so hard, can you even eat this?" thought aspect in pain, holding his mouth.

"Is something wrong?" asked Isabella with a worried expression when she saw that Aspect was in pain and holding his mouth.

"No, there's nothing wrong," Aspect answered with a fake smile to hide his pain.

aspect tried again to eat the bread, even though it hurt him. He persevered and ate it all and drank the water. "Here, aspect, take this leaf and this stone so you can sleep on it tonight," John said, handing aspect the makeshift bed

"Thank you," he replied, imagining the pain he'd get if he slept on the leaf and rock.

"Okay, I'll take watch for today, you guys can sleep and tomorrow we'll go exploring and hopefully find something to eat," John reassured the others.

aspect realized that he'd no choice but to sleep here. He resigned himself to it and fell asleep, thinking that this was a strange start to a game.

aspect woke up to the chirping of birds and the sound of water in the nearby river. He looked around and realized he was the last one to wake up and saw John coming towards him, "Ah, good morning aspect, I was just about to wake you up"

"Good morning to you too John. When are we going out for food? I hope I didn't oversleep" aspect said and knew he hadn't overslept when he saw them getting ready to leave.

"Oh, I thought you'd want to stay here and might still be tired from the trip," John replied hastily so it wouldn't look like they were going to leave him here.

"Well, I can't just stay here and do nothing, let me come along and help you, maybe I can be of some use," said Aspect, who wanted to play this game, since he did nothing but sleep and eat in this new game.

"If that's what you want, you can come," said John

"Alright, since Aspect will be coming with us, William, you can stay here with Isabella, me, Luke and Aspect will get some supplies," said John in a commanding tone.

aspect stood up and saw what they were taking: some water, a knife for each, and William gave aspect his so he could protect himself on this trip.

"Are you ready?" to which Luke and aspect nodded, "then let's go."

so I set off to explore the seemingly endless forest and hopefully get some information about the place we were in
