No Restraint

"Wow, that's funny. Did he really think that he could escape me?" said Lucifer with a laugh as he teleported once again to the exact spot that his target had went.

"Huh? But how? Even if you were the most intelligent detective, finding this place should take you at least a day," said the man.

As Lucifer looked around, he realized he was inside a laboratory of sorts with Terra inside a cage as she looked beaten and starved. Seeing this, Lucifer began to laugh before casting a spell which made it so that there was a barrier which prevented his enemies from teleporting away and when the man tried to snap his fingers to teleport away, he was still stuck there.

"So you want a fight? Then a fight is what you'll get," said the man to which Lucifer began to laugh before deactivating the layer of skin he had placed over Arthur and allowed Arthur to take over.

"Huh? Why are you letting me fight? I mean you're much stronger so it would only make sense to take over until you complete the mission right?" Arthur asked while talking to himself as he looked around frantically before he accidentally saw something in the corner of his eye.

"Huh? No way. I must have just been seeing things. There's no way that's her. She's probably somewhere else safe," said Arthur to himself as he rubbed his eyes to clear up his vision to which he was disappointed to learn that what he saw wasn't a figment his imagination but reality. What he saw was Terra inside a cage that looked to have been made for a dog. She was badly beaten and had passed out however seeing her in that state caused Arthur to think the worst of the possible situations. That being that she was dead.

Instantly, time froze as Arthur's heart sank in disbelief. He was absorbed in pure sorrow as he began to cry all while mourning the seeming death of his only ever friend.

While Arthur was casting all of his spells, he also cast another spell which opened his storage for all his items which he was looking for a specific weapon. That being Excalibur.

Right as Arthur pulled out that blade, it activated into its true form as the silver blade turned to pure gold while the middle part of the blade turned into a glowing blue part.

"Release!" Arthur yelled out which caused all of his spells to activate at the same time. Right as this happened, the entire city that Arthur was inside was wiped out from the face of the planet. Everything was completely wiped out from there as if someone had taken a magic eraser and erased that city from the planet. That city was located in a far off country and not Juno as such it would not be considered betrayal by the country that Arthur was currently residing in.

Although Arthur had erased nearly everything from the city, he made sure to keep 2 people alive. Those being the main person that was in charge of the entire operation which caused the kidnapping of Terra as well as Terra herself.

Arthur kept Terra alive so that he could apologize even to her corpse however he kept the man alive as he knew that no amount of destruction would fully allow Arthur to get rid of his vengefulness so he planned to torture the man until he had gotten as much as he could out of his system.

Arthur lifted the man up in the air before throwing him up and causing him to float using a magical spell.

Once he had done this, Arthur began to slash his blade like he was taught by his teachers while causing hundreds of thousands of aura slashes to cut apart the man while using his floating magic. Arthur made sure that the man was kept together just so he could the man slice more and more. Even so, no amount of cuts made the pain in Arthur's heart go away. However he didn't stop as it was the only thing distracting him from the pain.

At some point though, Arthur had reached his limit. He was exhausted from all the pain that he was experiencing and just wanted to end all his misery.

"I've always thought of using this so I could go out with a bang but I was always scared to lose my life. I told myself that I had something else to live for however that something had now been taken away from me. I have no reason to live anymore," said Arthur as he remember a spell that he had learned a long time ago. It was a spell placed inside a book which was out of place. The colour of the paper was much dirtier than the rest of the book which indicated how old the spell truly was and how out of place it was. However the spell had a certain description which could have been used to bring an end to the world.

"I always thought that there was an extra zero at this spell but knowing what I know now, I guess it was never an extra zero. I'm glad I learned it just incase," said Arthur with a sad smile.

"Tier 100 Spell: Draconic Transformation"

Right as the spell was cast, Arthur felt sick as he dropped to the floor while coughing up blood. His hands began to turn rough as scales began to appear on them. His teeth grew sharper and his eyes turned red with a sharp slit as a pupil. Purple fire began to get released from his mouth as the transformation took place.

"Stop. It's all right now," said two voices at the same time.
