"Watch her out while I'm not in the city. Report everything you see to me," Tommy ordered his men.
"Yes, Boss. Will Miss Becca suspect us later?"
"She won't. Just keep your distance from her."
Three of his men nodded understandingly then they left Tommy's office and at that moment Becca caught those who had just left.
"Hello, Theo, William, and Bob... did you guys get an assignment from my boyfriend?" asked Becca with a dazzling smile. She propped her chin against them.
"A man's secret, Miss. Sorry, we can't tell you."
"Oh. Wow. Did it have anything to do with me?"
"No, Miss. And right now we have to get to work for him. We'll excuse ourselves."
Becca watched them leave with curiosity. She knew his men. Obviously, she was curious about what Tommy was doing at this time so he gave his men a job.
Because today Tommy was going out of town and he wouldn't meet some people here. "What is he doing exactly?" She asked herself.
"Don't you want to take me to the airport?" asked Tommy coming out of his office.
"Is it an obligation?"
"You usually drop me off, Rebecca."
"Yeah. In the past. Now we've broken up. So no obligation, Tommy Fernandez."
Tommy gulped when Becca said his full name in an amazingly made-up voice.
"Please, take me. I want you to take me as usual," this time Tommy pleaded with her.
Becca immediately faded her smile. This was the first time Tommy had begged her. One of the things she was waiting for was a beg from Tommy.
Has the meaning of torturing her ex-boyfriend been achieved?
Becca immediately tried to keep herself busy when she saw and heard Tommy talk like that. "Your flight is still night," Becca said, staring at the screen.
"That's what I'm asking for your confirmation. Will you accompany me?"
"I will."
Becca's short answer made Tommy very happy. He smiled to himself and then he returned to his office.
Becca immediately went to the toilet after Tommy went back to his office. She washed her hands with soap as nervousness swept over her. She looked at her face in the mirror with a surprised expression. "He begged. Is that a good sign?"
She was happy. Little by little her plans were paying off. But she wouldn't be happy just like that. She will remain normal and stick to her plan.
"He will bow down to me in a moment," she said looking in the mirror.
She then exited the toilet and returned to her desk. There she saw a flower lying on her table. Even though she had only left her desk for a while, she already got flowers. Again.
She looked at the card written on the flower and read a typed letter. Writing encouragement as well as a statement of love.
"I have loved you since then and now. Keep the spirit even though your wound still hurts."
Her brow furrowed as she shook her head with a smile. She chuckled and placed the flower stalk near her monitor.
"Since then and now? Who exactly are you?" she asked herself.

They split up because Becca didn't want to be the center of attention. After all, she only took him to the airport where Tommy was working out of town to do something there. Things that Becca often went through when she was still his girlfriend.
Even though it was just the two of them, Becca still wanted to carry out her plan. She didn't want to be swayed in the slightest by his request. Because for her Tommy had to go through the pain first to be with her.
"You made me worry. I thought you weren't going to make it to the airport," said Tommy when he saw Becca who had just arrived.
"Traffic jam. You'd better get in then."
"I can go in as I please, Rebecca. How about we spend some time drinking coffee?"
"No. I don't have a passion for coffee with you. I'm just dropping you off. As per your request," Becca responded.
Tommy sighed. He glanced at Becca and he quickly grabbed her lips. Kissing her and crushing her as he had longed for all this time.
Becca gasped in surprise when her ex-boyfriend kissed her lips again. She was silent but Tommy seemed to enjoy her lips.
"That's a kiss for someone as stubborn as you, Rebecca," Tommy said.
Becca's face was furious. She was almost tempted by the kiss which thwarted her plans. And her anger was just to show Tommy that she was angry, even though she wasn't
"You were so presumptuous about kissing me. Twice, Tommy!" cried Becca.
"You'll receive more than that after I return."
An eyebrow raised at hearing him speak like that. "What do you mean?"
"Secret." Tommy winked at Becca in one eye. It made Becca tremble and made her heart beat wildly.
The wink on Tommy's handsome face was something Becca liked. And because Tommy knew, he did it on purpose.
Suddenly, Tommy's plane called. Becca seemed indifferent with her arms crossed over her chest. Meanwhile, Tommy looked at her with a gaze full of love.
Noticing that gaze, Becca's heart beat faster. She knew that look and she knew what it meant.
"For two days, I'll be away from you," said Tommy.
"Go. You always do things like this for business anyway."
"I hope when I get back I can tell you directly. You better be prepared."
Becca was silent. She didn't want to respond to Tommy's words because if she kept on responding, she was afraid she wouldn't be able to contain herself.
"See you in two days, Rebecca Jolie Moretz. I still love you," he said after he kissed her forehead.
He then walked away from Becca in the direction of departure. Waving his arms at her with a smile as Becca stood stiff, shocked, and motionless.
Becca immediately turned around. She started walking with her lips moving, talking to herself. "What did he say? Did I hear right? Damn it!"
