Code Geass FF chapter 89

About the 'long' mini arc, is it really long?

I thought that this arc is mini because I only write a thousand word per chapter, so 20 chapters is more like 20 thousand words

I don't really think that it is long.

Somewhere where no people normally go.

In a building that should not be there.

Inside an office in the said building.

A beautiful lady with sharp eyes, a model like body and green hair sat in front of a normal gray office table.

Wearing a black gothic dress and a bright red lipstick.

This beautiful lady is currently staring at the laptop over the table, in her front.

The laptops screen is showing some files and documents.

She was thinking and concentrating on what she read from this.

"So... They were attacked? And so many...

Marianne invited me before but I declined decisively and now, it seems that I missed an exciting event.

Sigh...

The most shocking is, not one of them died.

I really thought the it will only be Marianne and AA that will survive after first reading that they were attacked and there were so many enemies too.

The door of the office opened and a person wearing the uniform of the geass order.

Just a black clothe mask and some kind of full body robe or cloak that hid the entire body.

The figure bowed to show respect and greeting.

"What can I do for you, ma'am?" A male voice sounded out, all of the geass order don't really need to show any differential treatment to their superiors, they only needed to show respect and to follow orders.

"Send me the files of the latest generation knightmare frame and information about Alister Aston.

Alister has many identities, you should look for that too." CC said leisurely before pausing for a moment to think. "Also, serve me some pizza, it better have more cheese. That's all."

She then gestured to shoo away her subordinate.

"Kukuku! Kuhahaha! That idiot finally get's it!" A child's voice rang out in a very evil villainous laugh.

In a place where a floating platform with a Greek like temple or some kind of infrastucture, in a sky like surrounding with no end or land to be seen below, above and anywhere you look.

A child is raising both his arms upwards separately and he continued to laugh really loud while someone wearing the same geass order uniform is kneeling beside him.

"Permission to continue, sir." The kneeling figure said in a very neutral tone.

"Coughs. That's right. Continue then." The child said acting like an adult.

"The empress is alive and well. Although she got wounded." The kneeling figure said very fast so that he would not be interrupted.

"What! Why can't that stupid woman just die already?! What about that male idiot?!" VV exclaimed and asked furiously.

"He was not caught by the enemy and was even able to kill many of them." The kneeling figure replied while he was rolling his eyes hidden by the clothe mask and sighing to himself exasperatedly.

'Why did I choose to follow this lunatic again? Oh, right! It was because of geass! Damn it! Geass really made my life so wretched huh?!' He thought to himself as he started feeling numb and hurt on his one knee so he change position and used the other one instead.

"Tsk tsk... As expected of someone who is like me! Mortals are really too weak and fragile." VV said with infuriation and disdain, He paused for a moment to think before saying: "Don't tell me, the other idiots with them survived too?!"

"Yes sir." The tired kneeling figure just answered very concisely and in a straight forward way.

'Damn it! My knees are about to break! Why do you need me to kneel while talking to you?! Do you feel so inferior about your height?! Why am I even your only subordinate?! Can't you get a few more people so that I won't be the only one suffering?!' He thought with indignation and frustration.

"What the hell! How did they do that?! So many people attacked them fully armed! Are those mortals so dumb?!

Ha! I can't really expect anything from insignificant mortals!

They can't even accomplish something they have planned for a long time!

The other country's higher ups are fools too!

They did not even choose competent people to do the job!" VV shouted as he continued to complain.

In the palace throne room.

Only two people are in.

Charles Zi Britannia, the emperor, just sat on the throne while his right hand man, Bismarck, the knight of one, stood by his side with some documents and files in his hands.

"Your majesty, it seems that the commotion before is about Alister." Bismarck said as he looked through the things in his hand.

"Is that so? How?" Charles said with slight interest, very concisely.

He just finished a meeting with his officials and generals earlier.

This was one of the few times that he is out of the thought elevator.

"It is because Alister, together with the empress and the others with them are attacked in the royalty's vacation island." Bismarck replied very concisely too because he knew that the emperor does not like people who go around the bush.

The emperor is very straight forward when talking, bearing the crown of an emperor, even though he was also full of scheme behind the scenes.

'Just say everything straight and if you don't agree, just fight it out.' is what he follows in negotiations, of course he knows how to compromise but an emperor does not do that with very few exceptions.

"Oh? Give me the report." Charles said as he was intrigued and interested on what exactly happened.

Bismarck just handed over the papers after organizing it again in a very quick and experienced manner.
