Marianne took one military ration to eat. It's appearance is like a chocolate bar but the truth is, it is a solidified nutrient solution.

For your information, the nutrient solution(liquid/normal) and the solidified one is a part of some results made by Alister's science advancements.

And you would not be able to guess that it was the Aerospace department that came up with it.

They thought that they needed a better food in space, it needed to be simple, compact, light and easy to eat with large amounts of nutrients needed by an average human.

Anyways, this nutrient bar ration that Marianne is eating is the luxury version which had flavor.

"Hey, little Lia, can I borrow your binoculars for now? I promise to give it back later." Marianne said to Cornelia in between her mouthfuls of the ration bar.

"Okay~." Cornelia replied softly in agreement after hesitating for a few moments as she was playing with it while pretending to be a ship crew then she held the binocular out to Marianne.

"Thank you." Marianne said sweetly with a bright smile as she took the binoculars from Cornelia.

Then she started surveying their surroundings in case they encounter one of those enemies patrolling around the island in a boat.

She should be able to see them in a far enough distance to prepare using the binoculars.

Specially since it was quite dark already, it is hard to see those in the distance and their speed boat might be easily seen because they are using the built in search lights at it's front.

In fact, this speed boat is quite amazing because it also has search lights at the back and the sides. It was really built to be a get away vehicle.

And this search lights have their own power source in the form of batteries.

"You still remember our destination right?" Marianne asked loudly to Flora just for confirmation and assurance.

"Yes, don't worry. We are in the right direction. It is really quite something for our escape route to be directly on the side of the island where we came from with this boat.

Because if not then we would have needed to go around the island just to get into the right direction and we would have to fight the enemies many times to do so.

Sigh, thankfully." Flora said with relief and she concentrated on driving the boat.

"That's really good then!" Eunalia said happily in a really positive vibes as she was a bit back to her usual bubbly self.

Although she is quite weak physically, she is still quite willful and has a strong personality, she really like to express herself and not really shy.

In fact, She is almost friends with the whole imperial harem because of her bubbly and friendly personality even though the usual harems of an emperor or king would have been at each others throats.

Although another reason was also because Charles is a ruthless person that's why most of the imperial harem are behaving.

Meanwhile, in the island.

'I wanted to go on and continue enjoying going on a rampage so that I can vent out some of my mental instabilities but it seems that it is about tim for me to go too, huh?' AA thought as he looked at the twilight from the cliff he is currently sitting on.

He is like, on a picnic or something as he casually watched the sun setting on the horizon by the sea.

His location in the island can be said to be about opposite the direction where Marianne and the others had gone to.

That's right, he lured as much enemy as he can farther from the girls so that they would not have a hard time getting away.

That is also why it is already quite dark in Marianne and the other girls' position because the direction they were heading is opposite of the setting sun.

The luring that AA had done made it so that he will be farther from the hidden dock where his get away jet ski is.

*Ksshh

"This is barracuda, reporting. We spotted a speed boat heading directly opposite of the island. Over." AA heard from the radio that he got from one of the enemies earlier.

'Damn! They already spotted Marianne's group quite fast! Sigh... It seems I really needed to seriously take all their attention to me now then.' AA thought hastily as he took something from one of his legs.

"Here is AA. Commencing operation!" AA said to himself as some kind of motivator or something before aiming the thing that he took from his leg into the sky.

Bang!

A bright small ball of light illuminated itself in the sky, quickly going higher before gliding down really slowly.

*Ksshh

"This is command. The target is luring us into his location. Don't go if you are low in numbers. Go only in groups. Make sure to surround the place! It's about time we finish this farce and get rich!

Also, make sure to not let go of the speed boat if you can! Or we won't have any time to escape this place later!"

'Fuck! It seems this temporary commander saw through me already and realized that I was luring them so that the others can escape huh?!

I did not think that there will be someone who at least have some brains or maybe experience in this mixed group of mercenaries.

Aiyaa... I should not look down on others so much from now on.

Right, I really should not assume that everyone else but me are idiots and dumb stupid retards.

After all, most people have something they are really good at, if not then they just have not have discovered their talents yet.

Except me of course, I can do almost everything because of my full body control and my impressive intellect(Geass).

Ha! Now that I think about it. There is no one who is so much of a polymath in this world other than me, right?!
