Marianne snorted at that funnily as she already got used to the perverted teasing of AA even though he is mostly serious too when he does that but she does not mind that though because she likes this part of AA too.

AA's phone rang out suddenly though and their atmosphere abruptly interrupted.

Which annoyed AA to the high heavens and Marianne was made to laugh loudly on the other hand but was interrupted too as her phone rang out too.

"Damn, this is, really, annoying.

Fcking blue balls!" AA said out loud in annoyance as he fished out his phone to look at what's what, the same as Marianne who did the same.

"Calling a meeting at this time?

What are Charles and VV thinking?

We just had our monthly meeting a few days ago, right." Marianne thought out loud after reading the message she got on her phone.

"Yeah, let's just go, babe.

Hmmm..." AA sighed before humming, he frowned as he suddenly stopped to start thinking deeply about why they wanted a meeting now. "Tsk tsk..."

"What is it, Alister?" Marianne called out as she saw that AA is getting quite pissed off right now.

"The two shits seem to want to get rid of us together with CC in one go now.

It was because of the conjectures that my research team and I have gotten based on the data on the thought elevator.

It seems that Charles and VV want to make sure that we do not run away or bring some unnecessary things into the meeting, huh." Marianne said as she saw the service car waiting for them just outside the front gate of AA's mansion.

AA and Marianne got into the car without needing to be invited by the chauffeur.

The car is a Limousin and the driver's seat together with the front seat is separated by something while also making the back seat more spacious and even soundproof so Marianne and AA would be able to continue their conversation inside.

But AA just had to make sure of everything though, so he activated some kind of small device that can make any nearby bugs malfunction.

AA then nodded to Marianne as some kind of gesture, saying that it's fine to talk now.

But Marianne paused for a bit as if to think of something.

"Wait! AA! What about my baby boy and baby girl!

Don't you forget about them!" Marianne suddenly got panicked as she thought of her two kids that seems to be about to be left behind by her while they escape later.

I did not forget about them, so don't panic, alright?!

Lelouch should be in his royal studies right now, right?

While Nunnally should be in your mansion right now.

We can just come to your mansion later using a hidden passage that I had my drones made.

After witnessing what happened to Flora and Eunalia, even though they escaped the tragedy, Marianne still got quite alarmed and started being more cautious and alert of anything and everything.

She had become quite protective of her two kids.

This is one of the reasons why she always takes the two kids with her when she gets together with me now.

There are only very few circumstances where Marianne comes to me by herself and today just happens to be one of those.

She even developed a slight paranoia because of thinking too much about being targeted by Charles and VV.

It is not even the first time that Marianne came to AA and said that she feels like she is being observed.
